All is good and clean but only no good is with elevators is not suitable for leg problem and old man staying.

Lovely boutique hotel with excellent service. Great location.

We stayed for 2 nights in the bubble suite and it was just beautiful. Everything was clean and to an exceptional standard. There is a mini fridge with fresh water, still and sparkling, milk for tea and coffee. Also hand made mini Viennese whirls which melt in the mouth! Breakfast was tasty and nothing was to much trouble. My husband had an English breakfast and I had sourdough toast and Greek yoghurt with granola. Perfect location to shopping centre and north laines. Will definitely stay again when we are visiting Brighton. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable and easy. The staff were so polite and on hand for any request. You have a great team of staff who are just brilliant 🤩 5*

Lovely hotel with really helpful staff loved our beautiful room and the breakfast was gorgeous . It’s also a great location. We Would definitely go back and stay again. Loved the online check in and check out making things super speedy and nice little touches like moveable mirrors in the room for make up and hair

Parfait , déco exceptionnelle, chambre confortable et spacieuse, très bien équipée , breakfast excellent , propreté irréprochable, et que dire de la qualité de l’accueil. On a déjà hâte de revenir. Idéalement placé sur le bord de mer avec une grande facilité à stationner en voiture

Brighton is, surprisingly, not a city with many great hotel experiences. This hotel definitely stands out from the rest. It is really well-appointed and very clean and tidy. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Superb. We stayed in a cozy king room which was perfect. Very comfortable bed, immaculately clean, great amenities including complimentary lavazza coffee, still and sparking water, room has everything you could need and is so well designed. Was very impressed. The few members of their team we met were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return. I’m amazed that this place only rated 3.5 stars on *******. I’d say it’s more 4.5 or even 5*!!
