布賴頓市中心普瑞米爾飯店(Premier Inn Brighton City Centre (North Street))

位置太棒了！我們正處於行動的中間，一切都非常方便。登記入住很棒，幫助我們登記入住 Callum 的那位先生非常有禮貌，非常樂於助人。早餐的工作人員很棒，我的女朋友是素食主義者，他們免費為她製作了新鮮的素食香腸！房間很乾淨而且非常好，雖然有一些免費的東西比如瓶裝水或牙刷/牙膏會很棒，但這是一次很棒的住宿！ 退房也超級簡單，沒有麻煩，我們只是把房卡放在盒子裡，超級方便，特別是如果你的時間很緊。

This hotel is wonderful will a good location at city center. Services are very good and will stay again.

Checked out after seeing the state of the room . Absolutely awful .Furniture falling apart .Filthy carpet. Stained bed ,walls and windows jammed with cardboard to stop them rattling in the wind.When we complained and said we were checking out,girl at reception just shrugged .No offer of a different room or even an apology.

We stayed for one night, and were disappointed. Check-in was chaotic as the terminals were not working and there was only one person helping customers. The queue to check in must have been at least 25 people long. The room was tired and not very clean, with mould in the bathroom and curtains that couldn’t be closed properly. The windows were sealed shut but the air on was noisy. We stay in Premier Inn quite a lot but we wouldn’t stay in this one again.

Unfortunately our recent experience of premier inn Brighton was extremely disappointing. We had booked a twin room but the other bed was not made, we found bedding underneath the double bed but it was badly stained and soiled also we wanted to have a meal at the restaurant only to find it was closed. I’ve been a loyal customer of Premier Inn for over 10 years but this stay with them will be my last I will be looking at other options in the future.

It was okay but I did like hving to get hot water from the bathroom when I asked to get some from the kitchen the staff seemed a bit offbrighton trip hand slightly rude the food was ok the room wasn't bad warm anyway unlike some places I cd mention not bad might try again but unlikely as i live in Brighton now but cd recommend it to relatives coming down for a holiday

Terrible experience here. It appeared they only employed two or three members of staff that seemed to be trying to do everything and not at all well. The whole hotel was absolutely freezing cold. Even the hand dryer only blew out icy cold air. After waiting an hour for a simple veggie burger with chips, it was awful and the chips tasted of washing up soap.

Great location. NCP car park short walk away. £32 for 24 hours. Hotel needs a refresh. Breakfast tasteless and constant my running out. Kitchen staff arguing. Understaffed. Comfy beds. Clean. Not enough tea and coffee in the room.
