An older Sofitel compared to some others I stay at as a an Accor Platinum member but my experiences have all been quite postive when I stay here. Staff as usual were very friendly and helpful which is what brings me back to Accot hotels, and the fact my room is almost always ready early. Quite a large hotel with a few different options for food and drinks. The breakfast is quite good, alot of options and plenty of room to sit and relax. The gym is on the smallish side but nice pool and amenities. My King room was quite dated badly in need of a renovation but its quite big and the bed was comfortable. Parking can be a bit difficult at times. The location is very convenient if you are coming by train and its only 5 minutes walk into the CBD. Overall a good hotel and experience.

作爲這家酒店多年來的常客,我失望地發現,自2022年10月上次訪問以來,整體氛圍已經經歷了相當嚴重的下滑。然而,鑑於我過去有過許多優秀的經驗,我認爲,除了承認員工感覺自己不是他們通常的自我之外,推測爲什麼會發生這種衰退是不公平的。儘管如此,我們這次的住宿仍然很愉快,特別要提到的是前台的Raj,他一如既往地很棒。此外,我們與Dot的客房服務進行了一次非常愉快的相遇,Dot竭盡全力確保我們的房間及時得到服務,以便我們在入住的一天提前返回。她很可愛,很高興處理。像Raj和Dot這樣的員工真的讓這家酒店成爲它的樣子,我真的希望他們的貢獻得到應有的重視。

The location is very good, only around 10 minutes walk to the wheel of Brisbane. Service and facilities is just ordinary.
