Overall, I had a great experience with the novena palms motel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and well arrangement but bed was little noisy while sleeping. Others all good.

Close to the airport with free shuttle bus service. Room was clean & comfortable

We booked into this Motel. The staff were friendly. When we got to the room there was the foul stink of sewerage. We went into the room and while the stink wasn't as bad as outside it still had the stench of sewerage and was unacceptable. We informed the front desk that we couldn't stay in the room because of the stench and that we wanted a refund. We were told the manager had to be contacted during normal office hours and could not be contacted that Saturday afternoon. The staff said they would put some powder on the floor so it didn't stink as bad and that when there were other people in the rooms sometimes the drains blocked and then the stink came. We told staff we could not stay in the room with the smell of sewerage and left. We did receive a refund ten days later. There is no way this is a four star establishment. We were also told by phone that we were not welcome back.

had a great stay here!..checkin was quick and room was very quiet. needed to be close to north brisbane raceway.20 min walk!..free shuttle to airport in morning is a bonus..will be staying again..des.mcloughlin

Gut organisierte Rezeption. Zimmer sauber und recht gutes Badezimmer. Parkmöglichkeit sehr gut.

We booked a room with 3 single beds for 3 people, but only 2 of anything was supplied - cups, blankets etc. there was an insect nest behind the bathroom door that erupted during our stay and I had to tune the tv in myself. The Wi-Fi password wasn’t available in the room and there was little information on anything other than a few photocopied and out of date menus. The bed frames squeaked when anyone turned over and the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. There was also a large gap under the front door that we blocked with a towel so nothing came in during the night. It looked ok on the surface but the longer we were there the more tired the place felt. Location was convenient as was the airport shuttle, but I’d be unlikely to stay again.
