Great apartment, located right in the heart of the bustling Welsh Bank area. Walking distance to St Nicholas market and surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants. The accommodation was clean and fully equipped. It was very hot at night but the fan supplied helped. We were on the third floor and very disappointed that the view was blocked by trees. Otherwise it was a great stay.

I'm a tough sell when it comes to cleanliness -- I have high standards! This apartment easily met my standards. No grime or crumbs anywhere, even between the couch cushions and under the couch and bed. Bathroom was clean. Room was spacious and comfy. Great stay!

Great studio apartment in the right location for both business and pleasure. Train station short walk. Many bus lines and town center only minutes away. Old town on the doorstep. I was in the ground floor apartment facing the street and River, which I loved—very Amsterdam. The street area can get loud until late-ish, but it’s Bristol, not Bath! It was generally quiet after midnight. High ceilings, big windows (you need to work out their double paned sliding organization), very good bed, large bathroom with excellent shower. Kitchen outfitted well. Clothes washer good addition for longer stays. I was there for a week and if you are a bit flexible on dates the price is excellent. Bristol is full of great eateries but the apartment was nice enough where I hardly ate out.

Our stay in Bristol was great, the apartment was in the heart of the old city a few meters from the main monuments of the city, not to be missed the university, the suspension bridge, the cathedral and the abundant cultural offering that Bristol has

I arrived at this venue on a business trip and managed to follow instructions to get my electronic key from the key safe in the lobby. There is no staffed reception desk. The lift is incredibly small and can just fit one person. The lobby and staircase were clean and presentable. I proceeded to the studio apartment booked, tried the key and it didn't work. I rang the emergency number by the lift and was redirected to a local number. The caller opened the door to the apartment remotely and stated someone would be around to replace the key. They arrived after half an hour. I had some fresh milk that needed refrigeration and opened the kitchenette fridge to find someone's cooked chicken, lettuce etc in there (see attached photo). It got me thinking had this apartment had been properly cleaned if such items were left in there. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, it was relatively quiet overlooking the river at Welsh Back, and was within walking distance of the city centre. The shower was hot, although the shower pan quickly filled. Slow drainage. The studio apartment has an Indesit washer and drier which was handy. Would I stay again? Yes. Cove please check the fridges for the last occupants. An extra toilet roll would be welcome as well

We spent 2 nights over the May bank holiday weekend. Checking in online was quick and simple. Any queries we had were answered very quickly. The apartment was well equiped and clean. Will definately be booking this location again. 100% would recommend to others.

Location, condition, and amenities are great with easy access to everything in Bristol. No hassle check-in without talking to a human in person. Pubs, train station, St. Nicholas market all easy walks.

Excellent appartment and centrally located. Would recommend as quality facilities and easy to check in and out. Not for persons with limited mobility though as steps to get in and very small lift inside,

A good apartment facility which used to be much better. While the apartment was clean, comfortable and mostly quiet, service was nonexistent and apartment is poorly maintained. We have stayed in this apartment previously and were disappointed with the overall decline in the quality of service.
