Great little studio apartment comfy bed and well equipped plus parking available at rear. Coffee machine with pods and biscuits also great tea selection and some instant coffee too 😊

Has an electronic system that we found impossible to use. We were visiting with Australian friends who did not roaming on their phone. It took 40 minutes to gain entry. Suggest you do not book if you are 100% up to date with this technology. Shower does not have mats or a setting below scalding, falling is almost certain

Very comfortable and well-equipped. Convenient location, but parking could be a problem if the on-site spaces are full. Check-in procedures look complicated but are actually quite easy to navigate. We would definitely stay here again.

Did “online check in” the evening before arrival, and downloaded the Livvi App for the electronic key, as recommended by Alison Court. All went well, we got an offroad parking space in the allocated parking area. Entry to building and apartment worked well with no problem (which is good for me as I am new to using a smart phone as an electronic key). The apartment was bright, clean and fresh. The owners/management had very kindly left us an anniversary card and some chocs as we were staying for a special occasion, which was a delightful touch. We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time exploring Bristol. On our last full day there, the lounge light switch decided to stop working and we couldn’t turn the lights off. All was resolved that evening without any inconvenience to ourselves. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend it.

Probably the most uncomfortable stay I’ve had in a long time! Struggled to find the place as I checked in late at night due to work, it’s not very well sign posted. Would suggest getting a spotlight on the Alison Court sign as I went past it so many times, due to my phone maps saying I had arrived on a whole different part of the street. In the end I had to call an out of hours number to ask for help to direct me. The number was for the security guy working for the reservation company, he was half helpful and just said it looks like a block of flats and next to a orthodontist! Poor signal in room, no guide or any code in the room for wifi. I had to look back on previous reviews on *********** to see if other guests had this problem. Turns out, they email you the guide beforehand and you can find the password on this link. Wouldn’t it be much easier to have a sign in the room just saying what the password is? Walls and ceilings are disgustingly thin, you can hear anything and everything. Doors constantly slamming all throughout the night, the room above were up and down like bloody yo-yos! Could hear them stomping to and from, running up and down the stairs. Really difficult to get a decent night sleep as your constantly woken up by these loud noises. Not great for myself who was travelling for work and had a really long day and just wanted a decent nights sleep! Bed is half decent, I would say the pillows could be changed to ones that are a bit more softer. Room is clean and has small kitchen area with cooking facilities.

Came here to work. Needed internet. Informed them during the day that the internet did not work in the apartment. There was a change in the security and workers in an out of the apartment. We were told they checked it and it worked. We trusted so when I got to the apartment in the evening it did not work in my apartment. i had to sit in the hallway to take an important business call. Security called the owner said he did not care and had no intention of doing anything to help the situation. Other issues I was going to let it pass that when I checked in and there was trash in the trash can, half-drunk can of diet coke in the fridge and mail on the counter. Not sure if the room was cleaned before I got in. The internet was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I have to say I am very disappointed. Would recommend not using them. A hotel would have been a much better choice. They at least care when things do not work.

I have used Urban Creation a number of times before and am quite willing to pay the high prices. Bit disappointed that at Alison Court on April 5th, the television did not work. No channels. Lovely man tried to fix it but could not. We watched our evening telly by balancing an ipad on our laps. So it is a First World problem rather than a disaster. We asked for a partial refund. They told us no - disappointing. If they had advertised it as a flat with no TV then we would not have taken it. Heigh ho. Loads of other places in Bristol to stay so off we go with our monthly £100 spend.

The check in Apt and virtual key were unusual for me but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was pristine and very inviting. I would recommend Alison Court to friends and family. I hope that on my next visit I am able to book for a longer stay.
