The apt is nicely kept, clean and well maintained. Hot water, soft bed, quiet upmarket location, safe all good. Cons : 1) Flat 5 is a 2 bedrm apt and on 2nd floor. Tough to lug up our suitcases up the curvy narrow staircase. 2) No aircon and windows can only open 2 inches, very hot and stuffy in the summer heat. The tiny fans provided does npt provide much relief. 3) The washer dryer is not in gd working condition so clothes can be washed but not dried? 4) Didnt know there would be no reception and everything is online and faceless...

I booked a 2 bed apar**ent for 2 nights in January as I was booked in to the Spire Hospital for an operation. The apar**ent looked just like the photos, it was easy to access and it was clean. We booked a parking space as the on-road parking is busy. While I initially thought it was expensive on arrival it was apparent that paying three additional cost is necessary. We had a contactless check in and all of the information we needed was sent to me well in advance and it was accurate which meant check in was fast. I had a 2 bed apar**ent with both bedrooms being double rooms and my room had an en-suite which was super useful when I was discharged from the hospital. Both bedrooms had TVs and large wardrobes. There is an ironing board and iron and fans. The curtains in both rooms are heavy blackout curtains, there was not a slither of light getting through those curtains. The main bathroom was large with a shower, bath and sink. The livening space is an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped and was really handy for me so that I could eat at 4am because I was unable to eat or drink after 6am. It was also really useful when I got back from the hospital so that I could heat up some soup but it enabled mom to cook herself an evening meal. Everything we needed was readily available and clean. The dining table is a lovely round glass table and the seating area had two large leather sofas. One sofa had rips and tears but it was covered by a lovely blanket. The decor is simple but beautiful. There was some noise from the apar**ent upstairs but it stopped around 10pm. The location of the apar**ent was great for what I needed, it was literally 5 minute drive from the hospital. It is in a lovely area which was quiet and made me feel happier at leaving mom in a strange space while I was in hospital. The apar**ent is a short walk from the high street and we walked it several times over the few days we were there for food and drinks. I have been to Bristol a few times and love the city. We loved our stay in Clifton and I will be back to see more of Clifton and I would like to stay here again the next time I visit. For a change, the apar**ent is exactly as stated and shown in the pictures.

Great communications during booking, ample room within one bed apar**ent set up and all amenities within the apar**ent needed for a short city stay.

The apar**ent was luxurious, homely, well equipped and spotlessly clean, and we had a great few days there, attending our daughter’s graduation. We booked direct with Your stay so got the best price for our stay, which included an off-road parking space. Their communication was excellent and the entry arrangements were easy to follow ( a code was given to enter the building and another to open the safe which contained the keys to apar**ent 8 which was in the 2nd floor.) It is located in an extremely quiet and safe location, and was only a short walk to Whiteladies Road and Clifton village, which both had a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Bristol.

Fantastic trip, spotless well equipped apar**ent in a perfect location to explore Bristol. Spacious enough for a family trip and for everyone to have enough space. Great and clear communication re: check in and out. Fantastic value as well given the facilities provided.

All great did object to the proposed extra car park charge, seemed unfair, given space there and misleading!!
