芝加哥 - 威克公園凱悅嘉軒飯店(Hyatt Place Chicago/Wicker Park)

Dear Hyatt of Wicker Park, My husband and I were lucky to stay at your lovely hotel, 9/8-9/10, 2023. Every single employee provided us with excellent care, from the valet service, front desk and to our room. Alexa greeted us and even helped with the elevator. (You would have thought we had never traveled before!) A young man, working with Alexa, assisted us in finding the best places to eat. (Sorry that I didn’t catch his name.) The suite was lovely…spacious, comfortable and very clean. We loved the city view, too. The Kennedy Rooftop Bar was a real treat. I’d like to recognize outstanding service from Nicole (bartender extraordinaire) Danielle (so attentive and friendly), Cesar (found seats for us at the bar), Tony (told us different areas of interest near the hotel), Krista (sp?), Fernanda, Christian (visiting with us.) They all went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed and shared real conversations with us. Hyatt is very fortunate to have hired such friendly, hardworking, dedicated people. Thank you so much for the lovely weekend!

Everything has been great! Check in was very smooth and easy - room is very nice- clean spacious and comfortable bed. We ate at the roof top restaurant and was very pleased- the bartender Nicole was awesome and Jay the cook made us up some extra honey mustard for our pretzel bites! Kudos to them both! Great service. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. Here for the final Pearl Jam concert!

Es un hotel bueno, Dolores quien nos atendió en recepción muy atenta y también Angélica la chica que nos atendió en el desayuno. Es pet friendly ( solo que No hay espacios dentro del hotel para que saques a tu perrito a hacer sus necesidades y tampoco puedes llevar a tu perrito al roof top restaurante) te cobran 50 dolares por estacionamiento y 75 por tarifa de la mascota.

Desk staff was kind and gave us directions to our event. View from the rooftop bar was amazing and bar staff was friendly. Breakfast the next morning was delish! Decor is pretty, and valet was prompt with our vehicle. Would stay again.

Everything seemed new! Only thing we didn’t like was street noise as our room was on corner and motorcycles sounded like they were driving through our room at night! Ask for room not on the street if it is possible. Also parking $50 per day isn’t cheap! But gave us peace of mind.

The hotel itself is lovely and well located if you want to be away from the Loop and Mag Mile but still close to everything. The hotel staff was great (friendly, helpful, efficient) except in one glaring, stay spoiling way. We arrived at the hotel at 1:15am. The maid service began banging on our door at 7am and came back 3 more times before we left. When they know when we arrived and know that we’re checking out, for what do they need such urgent access to the room?! Being awakened after 5 hours of sleep to be on their schedule is just horrendous.

Clean property and very friendly staff! I wish the rooftop restaurant was open longer on the weekends it was closed Sunday by 4 pm and we couldn’t go out there! We only stayed Sunday night and picked this place for the rooftop views that we didn’t get to enjoy!

Great hotel. Very clean, quiet, good location, great gym, awesome rooftop bar. Breakfast was fresh & tasty, & always healthy green apples on every floor for customers! I'll definitely stay there many more times.

$50 for parking each night, as a heads up, but they have your car ready for you in seconds. Excellent breakfast and beautiful room with a huge tv and a huge window to see the city. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
