L'hôtel bénéficie d'un bon emplacement. A proximité immédiate des transports en commun avec l'avantage d'être à 20 min du centre ville. La chambre est conforme en photo et est fonctionnelle. La cuisine est suffisamment équipée.

Kundservicen är fenomenal, och personalen, från den skrattande natt killen som mot alla ods fick igång kaffemaskinen kl.05.00 så vi fick i oss energi. Telefonkundtjänsten som gjorde att vi kunde checka in mycket tidigare, då vårt jobb blev avbrutet pga kylan och kl. var bara 9 på morgonen. Till den mycket gladlynte rumrenhållnings" konsulten" som hjälpte till att få oss otekniska,att öppna dörren.

Embora esteja um pouco afastado do centro de Estocolmo, o aparthotel tem uma estação de metro mesmo ao lado, que permite chegar a qualquer ponto da cidade em poucos minutos. O alojamento é económico em relação à restante oferta da cidade e serve perfeitamente os propósitos de quem quer ficar alojado a baixo custo, sem grandes exigências em termos de conforto. Porém, existem aspetos que podem dececionar alguns hóspedes, dada a particularidade deste alojamento. Conforme já esperava, o aparthotel não tem rececionista, apenas nos enviam um código numérico para entrar no quarto. De facto, os poucos funcionários que se veem no hotel são os da manutenção e não interagem com os clientes. Os hóspedes estão entregues a si próprios e a experiência acaba por ser algo estranha. Considero um absurdo que um aparthotel com centenas de quartos não tenha um serviço de receção, nem que tivesse um horário limitado. Embora não me tivesse sentido inseguro, acredito que possa haver problemas de segurança no complexo sem que esteja garantida uma reposta imediata. Como ponto negativo, verifiquei que os apartamentos têm um aspeto desgastado e sujo. O sofá e o balcão da cozinha apresentavam manchas de sujidade entranhadas de difícil remoção. A parte de cima dos armários eram autênticos depósitos de pó , cotão e lixo. Porém, a roupa da cama e as toalhas aparentavam estar bem lavadas. Constata-se que grande parte dos hóspedes são trabalhadores estrangeiros da construção, que se encontram a trabalhar nas inúmeras obras em curso na cidade de Estocolmo. Este aspeto , por si só , não é negativo, mas torna o ambiente diferente de um hotel comum e assemelha-se mais a um dormitório. Quem procura um hotel que forneça mais serviços de entretenimento e restauração , não se iluda, aqui é só para dormir. Apesar de tudo, recomendo vivamente este hotel para os viajantes que procuram um alojamento a custo acessível.

Rummet var extremt kallt när jag kom och det blåste från ventilationen och den gick inte att stänga av. Första natten sov jag med dubbla täcken för att kunna sova. Jag skulle tro att det var ca 15 grader i rummet. Jag kontaktade Forenom och under dagen fixade de till det värsta. Jag fick sova med dubbla täcken även andra natten även om det var något varmare.

When my husband booked this accomodation and I read all the awful reviews here I was really worried for our stay and was even considering to cancel our reservation. I’m so happy we didn’t! We’ve stayed for 5 days and everything was great,we didn’t experience any of the previously mentioned issues. Yes it didn’t exactly looked like the pics and wasn’t really an apartment more like a room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, but it was clean,well equipped and quiet. It’s super close to the Alvik metro station so you can reach the downtown within 15 mins. There is a free laundry room and the gym as well which can be used 24-7. Tip: there is a live chat on the Forenom website in case of any queries, they can assist immediately. We’d definitely stay here again :)

Do not stay at this hotel, firstly, it was incredibly run-down. Secondly, I accidentally left a pair of headphones hanging on one of the bed lamps. I realized it immediately and contacted the hotel, and they claim they haven't seen them, even though I'm sure they're still hanging there. When I was drying my hair with their hairdryer, it almost caught fire as it started glowing red and smoking before shutting off on its own. I really don't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel; there are much fresher options available for the same price.

Conveniently located a few minutes' walk from a metro station, the hotel was a nice, quiet space to return to after busy days in Stockholm. The only things I would note are the electrics not being great - wires not being hidden properly and one electrical socket not properly connected - but otherwise a lovely place and well equipped.

So our family came to Stockholm for a weekend and stayed in this Forenom Stockholm hotel. What should I tell you? It's completely economy style hotel. You get what you payed for. I was pleasantly surprised by the free laundry. Metro station was really very close to the hotel so it's very easy to reach any needed Stockholm point. Small kitchen had all needed equipment to cook some food. Perfect views of city through the window. A big minus - untidy half cleaned rooms. After all I would come back here one more time again.

Our group were travelling from the UK. On the day we arrived we received a text message that gave us code for front door and room code. After an hour in Central train station we found the green metro line, this took us in and out of alvik every 3 mins. The green line journey was approx 7 stops and took around 20mins. Some rooms were extremely noisy due being next to the train station and dual carriageway. We originally find the hotel, mainly thanks to Google maps. Codes sent to be let in front door worked so we jumped into excelators and off we went to our rooms. The key pad I found easy to use. As soon as I opend the door and switched the lights on the smell of rotting food hit me. On inspection there was mouldy food left in cupboards. Automatically I check the microwave which has food caked everywhere inside. The cupboards that plates and cup were kept in had some kind of congealed substance dotted everywhere. I then noticed that a drink had been dropped on the floor and not cleaned up. I then noticed spatters and smudges of blood on the floor area. I would have been straight down to reception to request a clean room. However it seems reception is no longer manned. Free tea, coffee and fruit is no longer offered. 5mins walk is a supermarket where I bought cleaning products. It's not safe staying in these conditions at the best of times, yet alone covid times. I scrubbed that one bed apartment which is not what I wanted to do after travelling 14hrs. That night there were people running up and down room hallways banging doors and trying handles. We returned one afternoon and 4 armed assault police officers were running in and out of the hotel. All in all our stay was a disaster. I only write of my room, however both of my colleagues suffered the same. The toilet had not been cleaned and a massive jobbie was waiting for him. An headboard completely fell off mid sleep. No locks on 10th floor windows. The only saving grace for me was that the bed was clean and comfy.
