I was charged twice for one night. Costing me almost 400$ just for one night. Horrible service the front desk had no idea what they were talking about. Only was given one room key, and my clock in my room did not work.

Check in was awful, worst hotel employee I've ever encountered. Breakfast was sag, out of most options by 9 am on a Sunday morning.

I reserved 2 queen beds due to the fact we had 3 adults and when I get there I was told there was only a king bed with a pullout . They gave are room away. And it was to late to find any other place to stay!!! And then he hands me sheets to make my own bed. … it was terribly uncomfortable and we had to select the person to get the terrible bed And it made for a pissed off group. When you pick a hotel you expect to get what you reserve and don’t need surprises after driving 10 hours to get there.

Terrible! The front desk staff were rude. The room was dirty, dusty and unclean. There were children racing up and down the halls until late hours in the night, my door was banged on numerous times, waking me up,
and then the children would run back down the halls yelling. Called the front desk, only to be given attitude. I love Hampton Inns, but this location was absolutely not what I expected from a Hampton Inn. I will never go back again!

We had a wonderful new years eve stay. The whole place was spotless, parking was easy, the bed was very comfortable. It was reasonably priced. I can't think of anything that was not perfect.

We were woke several times to noisy staff yelling in the halls. The morning breakfast was 2 hours late due to staff being late to work. Someone was in our room when we checked in.

I was a little disappointed in the breakfast options. I have a vegan (no dairy, no animal products) in my family and there were not options available other than fruit. When I asked about it I was told "sorry but if you want something then go across the street to the other hotel". The breakfast area was not kept clean and noticed the worker was on her phone most of the time. The person at the front desk was more helpful than the person working the breakfast area.
