布魯塞爾機場逍遙遊公寓(Getaway Studios Brussels Airport)

這是一個美麗的空間，我可以在電視上聽到爵士樂，而且很寬敞！廚房比我想像的還要豪華，我還想再用一次。

Bon accueil de l'employé, mais nous avons dû relaver les assiettes et la douche à notre arrivée. Poubelle cassée et un demi-rouleau de papier de toilette pour quatre. Au moment de notre départ, flaque de vomis au pied de l'escalier. L'absence d'une personne à l'accueil en dehors du 15h à 20h m'a semblé problématique dans ces circonstances.

Although the hotel has potentials to be a very good one, the fact that there is service only for very few hrs per day and without any actual support, makes it terrible! We arrived at ~9.30 and we had to do a self check-in, which was easy and the issue with non-working card solved relatively easy. When we entered the room and opened the sofa bed, we realized 1) there is no space left to move around the beds and 2) there were no sheets, pillow cases and blankets for the sofa bed. As there was no reception service or anyone else at the property, we call the "emergency" line to ask for a solution. After 1,5hrs and 10-12 phones calls they informed us that they could reach neither the property responsible nor the manager. Needless to say that in the meantime they never called us back for feedback and I had to call them back ALWAYS. It was already 11.00 with two young kids, after 8hrs driving! Only when I said that I am going to the police station for a report, someone called back and told us that there was a cupboard with some extra stuff that we could get on our own... They also provide an open parking space, on almost muddy soil, accessible by anyone (on foot), that they charge €12,5/day. Did I also mention that from time to time, the bathroom was stinκing?

the property employees are rude especially a lady I spoke to over the phone at 8:11pm, unprofessional, liars and they try to make advantage of a mistake I did in the date.. thou I contacted them to fix it and stay at there hotel on the 22nd instead of 26th. as I have booked the room on the 21st by mistake for the 26th and my stay was meant to be on the 22nd. I tried to move the date and I was willing to pay the full amount for the night but they want an easy money.. I have explained to them that I am leaving back to my country on the 23rd bit they did not consider helping me to fix the issue. they charged my card immediately and refused to do the refund even after contacted *********** Don't bother with this place, you will be disappointed massively and when there is an issue, there is absolutely nobody you can reach out to because they will just choose to ignore you.

Booked a room but my flight got cancelled, so contacted them within 24 hours of initial booking to ask them to change the dates of my stay. But they rudely refused while saying I booked a non refundable night (I booked the only available option). I didn't even ask for a refund, I asked for a change of date... never again for me.

Cet hôtel est très bien situé pour aller à l'aéroport. Il est à 10 minutes en bus. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. La chambre était spacieuse et parfaite pour mon court séjour de 1 nuit. Je recommande virement ! Merci!

Ich war eine Woche in diese Unterkunft. Es wurde nie mal einmal bei mir sauber gemacht die Fenster waren in Richtung Straße. Es war sehr laut.
