グランプラスなどが近くとても立地が良い 英語が十分通じるスタッフで安心、wifiも弱くない ただ、エレベーターはないのと壁が薄く少し音が気になるかも 一人旅の宿としては十分

Hotel sencillo, pero muy limpio y sobretodo perfectamente situado para visitar Bruselas. Está a 1 minuto de la Grand Plaz, con mucha vida, todos los puntos turísticos y todo tipo de servicios y transportes cerca. Además el personal que trabaja fue amable y nos guardaron la maleta después del checkout, para poder aprovechar cómodamente el día.

1〜2泊程度の素泊まりにはちょうど良いです。 スタッフはフレンドリーで、英語でのやり取りでスムーズに対応いただけました。 部屋は最低限のものが揃っている感じです。 ただ、階段のみなので、スーツケースなど重い荷物がある方は少し大変かもしれないです。 駅やグランパレスからとても近くて便利です。

Cela ne mérite même pas le nom d'hôtel tellement il est délabré et sale dans les chambres le parquet flottant est complètement détruit la fenêtre donne sur des poubelles et des flaques nauséabondes la salle de bain n'est pas mieux elle est tout simplement du siècle dernier en plus du bruit en permanence la nuit je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel c'est une horreur, impssible d'ajouter les photos que j'ai pris pourquoi je ne sais pas autorisation du site non accepté me dit-il

The only thing I can complaint about it was the fact that it was extremely cold out and the one little heater had a hard time warming up the room. That being said, the hotel is well located and clean. Good price and friendly staff

Las fotos del Hotel son muy diferentes a la realidad, la habitacion es muy basica y el baño es antiguo y feo nada que ver con las fotos que se muestran, lo unico positivo es la ubicacion y el personal

Mejor de lo que pensamos. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas, personal amable. Muy recomendable ya que está a una cuadra de la estación central y a 5min de la Grand Place. Muchos lugares para comer en la plaza.

This particular hotel should not be on *******. I have not canceled nor been disappointed on any hotel that i booked with this site. The picture is mis leading and the information is not completely transparent. Its says on the site “NO LIFT ON THE FASCILITY” but it did jot disclosed you have to climbed a steep stairs of more than 13 steps with a very tiny narrow landing being used as a reception. Then you have to climb another steep stairs to god where ever is your room. The place looks like a motel than a hotel. The guy on the front desk was very rude. I ask him how are we going to go up i have two seniors with me and 6 large luggages. That guy all he said well it says on our website no lift. No apologies or offer that i will take care of your stuff. I ended up cancelling my whole booking and he charged me for the first day of $123 euros. With 6 luggage’s and two seniors i have to run around the nearby hotel vicinity if there was any available room. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE. AND PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS.

口コミ通り、エレベーター無しの階段のみのホテルでした。3階の部屋（最上階）に宿泊したのですが、受付（0階）まで上りさらに3階階段を上ることになりました。実質4階分です。 ヨーロッパはどこもそうかと思いますが、石鹸とプラスチックコップ、タオルのみで、シャンプー、歯ブラシ、パジャマ、スリッパはありませんでした。
