桑特奈爾布魯塞爾博覽會飯店(Hotel le Centenaire Brussels Expo)

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec un lit double. Quelle surprise de voir que c'était 2 lits séparés . Les chambres sont séparées par une simple porte aucune intimité : on entend les autres clients montés les escaliers et les conversations des voisins . De plus , le déjeuner laissait à désirer : peu de choix , qualité très médiocre. Le seul point positif c'est qu'il est bien situer pour visiter l'atomnium et les concerts.

Habitación asignada no fue coincidente con la reserva por booking. Trato con el personal pésimo (no sabía inglés, solo fránces...) y muy antipático. Habitación sucia, ducha asquerosa con azulejos sin poner y agujero en el lateral del water. Olor desagradable *********** dentro de la habitación, condiciones pésimas. Room assigned did not coincide with the reservation by booking. I deal with the lousy staff (I didn't know English, only French...) Dirty room, disgusting shower with missing tiles and hole in the side of the toilet. Unpleasant smell of ********* inside the room, lousy conditions. La chambre attribuée ne coïncidait pas avec la réservation en réservant. Je m'occupe du personnel moche (il ne connaissait pas l'anglais, seulement le français...) Chambre sale, douche dégoûtante avec des carreaux manquants et un trou sur le côté des toilettes. Odeur désagréable de ********* à l'intérieur de la chambre, conditions moche.

It’s more like „centemare“ than like in nigh**are- than Centenaire Very near to Atominum/ Expo area, where we went for an event. That’s all the good things I can say. Room was on 3rd floor without Lift, very cold, directly underneath the roof, window seemed not to be integer. Very loud rooms, you can hear every single word from the rooms next to you. Very narrow stairway, hard not to tumble with backage. We only had flickering lights in the room due to electricity problems- made me crazy. Hotel definitely needs a make-over. Two more positive aspects- bed were quite good (slept well with ear plugs)and we were offered a free coffee while checking-out (nice lady at front desk at least)! In one sentence: Can be ok for one night, if you are ok with low standards.

No parking even they promised free parking. Room was not ready on time. Manager argued at first and said we must thank her for saying the room will be ready early comparing to other hotels - even that it wasn't ready as promised. Very hot and dusty room - lots of bugs in the room because the roof window was open. The guy said they have no fan. Couldnt sleep all night because of very noisy music even after 2am. Checkout was supposed to be till 12. The owner requested the key back before. At 10 am. Good location and a nice guy at reception but he couln't help us.

No airco the room was very warm and humid. The room was dirty and smelled bad, no windows except a small roof window out of reach. Bathroom smelled very bad. We could not stay the night because it was too bad, we left at the end of the evening and went to an other hotel, nobody at the reception in the evening, a waste of money.

Une nuit réservée pour aller à un concert au stade Roi Baudoin…. Localisation de l’hôtel parfaite (10 min de marche jusqu’au stade et presque pareil pour rejoindre le métro) Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires (et même un petit café offert le jour du départ!) La chambre mériterait quelques travaux Surtout dans la salle de bain, néanmoins tout était propre!

Venu en week-end à l’arrivée un peu déçus velux déchirée lampes hs et accueil pas des plus accueillant malgres tout la literie est convenable et la propreté est ok

Dit hotel heeft een ideale ligging als je aan de heizel,atomium,mini Europa,... moet zijn.Vlak aan het hotel liggen ook 2 grote parken. (park van Laken en het Jean Sobieskipark) Beide ideaal om mooie wandelingen te maken. De kamer was verzorgd en netjes met zelfs een balkon. 1 klein minpunt was dat de TV niet werkte maar heb die niet echt gemist. Ontbijt was simpel maar goed.Dit is wel bij te betalen (10€/dag)

Slecht. Ik heb gereserveerd met betalen bij aankomst. Reservatie werd goedgekeurd via mail. De dag wanneer ik de hotelkamer nodig had hebben ze opeens mijn boeking geannulleerd zonder reden, ik had gebeld naar de hotel en de bali mederwerker was super grof en onrespectvol aan het roepen in de telefoon tegen mij. Ik wou de manager spreken en ik mocht niet van haar. Ik zal zeker klacht indienen. Ze werken niet correct. Ik ben echt razend
