隆亞 utca 公寓(Central Avenue Apartments)

I booked this hotel, paid the money online. When I arrived at the address, there is an entrance door and no information how to get inside. I started calling the number I've got with my reservation, but nothing. Then ctrip sent me another number. The man on the phone said: We don't have any rooms available, you can go to another hotel. When I said that I already paid, he didn't care and kept saying they are fully booked, go somewhere else. Thanks to the ctrip team, I got refund. But experience was very unpleasant with Central Avenue apartments.

Fue pésimo horrible haber pagado estos apartments, nunca nadie contestó ni abrieron la puerta . Por favor NUNCA Paguen una estadía allí . Mucha irresponsabilidad por parte de los que alquilan o arriendan estos apartamentos para turistas, afortunadamente yo no viaje con niños se imaginan una familia con niños y que no contesten ni abran el lugar que ya se ha pagado con anterioridad

Truffa con sospetta complicità di ******* che non ci ha trovato una sistemazione sostitutiva e che sulla sua app impedisce di mettere recensioni. Nessuno ci ha consegnato le chiavi . ATTENZIONE !!!!!!!
