美憬閣索菲特布宜諾斯艾利斯布里克飯店(Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta)

Hotel com localização excelente pra quem quer ficar em Recoleta . Tem tudo perto - um shopping na frente com praça de alimentação para uma emergência e um Bom Marche para pequenas compras , câmbio e supermercado a 1 quarteirão e vários restaurantes de qualidade para ir a pé. Quartos grandes , com carpete , roupa de cama de qualidade , banheiro grande . Prefira andares altos . Os aptos voltados pra rua são um pouco barulhentos pelo início da manhã. Café da manhã de excelente qualidade e variedade (se não tiver na reserva, pode pagar e vale a pena) . Serviço excelente. A piscina está em manutenção. Tem um café com lanches rápidos que são interessantes. Internet de boa qualidade e concierge para tirar dúvidas e fazer reservas . Rua aparentemente segura e movimentada . Paguei as despesas parte em cartão - em pesos - e parte com o dinheiro que sobrou. Enfim um excelente 5 estrelas , com bom custo benefício.

Hotel chiaramente top di gamma. Camera ovviamente molto spazioso e confortevole. Bagno sia con vasca che doccia. Staff in tutti i ruoli super gentili e disponibili. Colazione con ampia scelta e tante specialità locali. Carino anche la patisseria di fianco. Comodo per visitare tutta la zona e il famoso cimitero e parchi.

Bonjour! De nuevo pasamos por Sofitel spa para atender nuestra piel con Maria, mi mujer, parabamos en la casa a una cuadra sobre Alvear. El spa como habitualmente, renovo sus tratamientos y servicios, los masajes unicos por sus aceites y cremas, nos hacen pensar en india.....y la nuevas propuestas que nos hicieron probar europeas, son muy terapeuticas. Ademas very cheap para los servicios y productos que brindan. Fuimos dos veces, nos atendimos con Marta y Laura, genias!

Para ser un hotel 5 estrellas falló mucho 1. El excusado no servía, se inundó el baño y no pudimos entrar, nos tuvimos que bañar en el spa 2. Pedí unas toallas y nunca llegaron , tuve que usar mojadas 3. No había ni alberca ni sauna ni nada. Fuera de eso todo bien

Excelente nivel de servicio ! Es poco recuente encontrar la calidez y profesionalidad de los empleados del Sofitel Recoleta ! Siempre atentos al más mínimo detalle. Es mi primera opción cuando viajo a buenos aires. Sin dudas, la mejor relación Costo - Beneficio.

Probably will return. A 3.5 star. Location is excellent, in a tree lined street in Recoleta neighborhood. Across street from a small shopping mall Patio Bullrich, which has movie theatre and cafe. A few blocks north (left) is the good restaurant Fervor and cute cigar bar, both highly recommended. Very good service; again most of the staff don’t speak English. Hotel has a restaurant Alma on the ground floor. A gym, pool (could use some cleaning!) and sauna on the first floor. Our room is spacious, so is the bathroom. The electrical power outlet uses Type I - 3 prong. (Some other hotels in Buenos Aires use European Type F - 2 round prong). I only find one usb port in the room. Bathroom. The corner of the bath tub is beautifully rounded out. Water pressure in the shower is very good. The three essential, shampoo, bath gel and conditioner (that’s how my shower’s sequence) are good but very difficult to get to - the pumps are too small and too close to the wall. Can’t imagine how some one with bigger hand … Open drainage - ok it isn’t ‘open’ but it feels like it - you’ll hear every drop of water down the drain. Maybe it’s their way to remind you to conserve water. Two elevators function well and quick. But at group check out time, it can take for long time. Remedy: go up first.

We arrived at the Sofitel on December 13 for three days prior to embarking on our Antarctic cruise. The rooms were very nice the bathroom quite fancy, including a bidet which I did not use. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Espresso was delightful. Service was excellent English spoken very well. Staff were all friendly and willing to help from opening doors coming in out of the hotel to giving you directions to and from the things you might want to see Wood definitely stay here again.
