Terrible customer service. We were incorrectly charged for a bottle of water from the mini bar and, when we complained, the hotel accepted they would refund this money. They now don't respond to my emails and the money still has not been refunded. I have resorted to phoning them, but they say it'll just take another week and offer no help to resolve the issue. The hotel rooms are basic, the food/drinks in the hotel restaurant are really expensive, you're better off going down the street for much cheaper meals. Location isn't good, if you want to be close to the tourist areas and shopping. You would need a taxi to get everywhere. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, there are many other much nicer hotels in Buenos Aires.
