Best rooftop bar with scenic lake and city views. Rooms are beautifully decorated,bathrooms beyond compare with high tech toilet that has heat and bidet options. Pillows and matresses comfy. Breakfast has many options. This is our 4th time staying at the Curtiss, will definitely be back!!

The place could use some cleaning. I stayed there 4 years ago when it was newer and time has definitely taken its toll. It's not like it's bad, but you can tell they must have a hard time retaining staff to do the physical plant maintenance. Front desk staff and parking staff were terrific though. Food in the restaurant was great at brunch.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and I can't wait to go back! Everything is great. All the workers were really friendly and our room was really clean. The hot springs outside with a little bit of a mess. It looks like the turf was peeling off and it just kind of felt a little falling apart. But we had a great time and whenever we needed towels or robes everyone was there right away! Thank you for a wonderful weekend and hope to be back soon!

the décor, cleanliness and comfort are very nice; however, they need to upgrade their wine selection and stock up their bars (they have very nice rooftop as well as an amazing lobby bar). The selection for the breakfast was even worse than what an ordinary motel offers. While I had a very good check in experience; the checkout experience was not that great. The lobby concierge would not let me take a trolley to my room as he said he was holding it for a house keeping employee who had called in to bring some supplies from the lower lobby to the main floor. In my opinion, a guest should have been given a preference over the need of a hotel staff member who was not even present there at the time when I needed the trolley.

My wife and I stayed at the Curtiss Hotel over the weekend for her birthday. We had a blast at the roof top bar, Vue. The bartenders Michael and Kait were so friendly and make the best drinks! Had a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend this place!! 10 out of 10

Our car was broken into and lost $3600 worth of goods. Hotel is a valet only. The car was not damaged and there was no forced entry. Management would not help in compensation as their policy is not coverage for stolen property. We will look for an attorney to help us.
