We had an executive suite with no chair in the livingroom or bedroom and no table/chairs in the kitchen. Only one light in the bedroom and no baseboards in the livingroom. Top three inches of the cabinets were dusty...it appears whoever cleaned the room couldn't reach the top of the cabnet doors so they just reached as high as they could and ignored the rest. We believe the room was being updated and should not have been available for use until completed. The breakfastes were subpar as each morning they were semi cold, even if you were there when it opened at 6:30 am. We expected more from Holiday Inn but didn't get it.

We had been on the road all day and very tired. We got to the hotel and check in was very slow. Got to our room and the bed is hard with a deep dip in it. The bathroom was dirty and hair in the tub. Our neighbors were very noisy. Should of stayed in casper

Rooms were disgusting, staff was terrible, made it sound like the issues they were experiencing was somehow my fault and their solution was to cancel my reservation and force me to find somewhere else to stay. Very unprofessional, do not recommend.

The building is clean and welcoming as you walk in. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room was large and immaculate. The staff was nice and friendly, and the breakfast was good, as well. Definitely recommend!

It looks like a construction zone and unfinished work in our room.

The staff was very nice but the room was very rundown with broken and missing tile in the bathroom and stains on the walls I would not go back

Staffs are friendly. Room is clean. Bathroom is clean, but needs to be redecorated. Breakfast is good.

Great place to stay on our road trip from Denver to Montana
