Great location, amazing rooms, very helpful staff (especially the boys on the front desk), enormous breakfast, comfy beds and very clean. Had an absolutely delightful stay. One thing to flag (and they do put this in their emails to you), they prefer cash payment. Bit of a hassle carrying that much cash, but definitely worth it.

I was hesitant to book here at first, because there were almost no reviews of the place online. But when I learnt that the owner is the same as that of the famous Amelia hotel, I knew I would be in good hands. This place is a little gem in Bukhara, immaculately clean and so lovely. The breakfast room is gorgeous. Starting off the day in such beautiful surroundings, getting pampered by the breakfast ladies who keep bringing out dish after dish of local delicacies and then immersing yourself in the old city of Buhara is absolute perfection. Nothing was too much trouble, and I was happy to meet Bakhodir - with whom I had corresponded by email - in person. It is clear that this place is a labour of love, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bukhara.

Booked this hotel on the day after a problem with our original hotel. When we arrived we were given a very warm welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. They helped us with directions, recommendations, and travel advice which was really appreciated. The rooms are spacious and modern and immaculate, the courtyard is beautiful with swinging seats on the top floor, and the restaurant is a stunning piece of history. All of the staff have been so kind to us. This was our first visit to Uzbekistan/Bukhara and I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants a comfortable, relaxing place to stay right in the middle of this oasis.

Wir waren im April im nagelneuen Alexia Suites Hotel in Bukhara und es war eine tolle Erfahrung. Die Zimmer sind top eingerichtet und super modern ausgestattet im historischen Ambiente des Hotels. Die Lage ist extrem zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Alles ist super sauber und der Service und das Personal sind hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The staff at Hotel Alexi were beyond friendly and super helpful and accommodating with all requests. The hotel itself is beautiful. Located in the old Jewish Quarter, they have done a wonderful job of restoring the dining room to its old splendor. When I went down for breakfast I couldn’t believe my eyes! Also, the air conditioning in the room was the best I have had in my two weeks traveling through The Stan’s! 5000 stars for this little gem!!!

Le merveilleux propriétaire de l'hôtel Alexia a fait de cet établissement un lieu unique et accueillant avec toutes les commodités modernes. Les salles de bain étaient tellement luxueuses et aucun détail n'a été négligé. Le personnel amical a répondu à tous nos besoins. La salle du petit déjeuner avec ses murs historiques était un écrin et la nourriture était délicieuse. Nous avons hâte de revenir. Merci pour tout.

Just left Alexia Suite Hotel after a three day stay with friends. What a wonderful experience. The hotel is spotless, the beds sublime. The staff could not be more helpful. Delicious breakfast in a jewel box room. Roof top BYOB terrace.

A beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Very peaceful, lots of outside space to relax and a very good breakfast. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Bukhara and will certainly stay here if I am lucky enough to visit the area again.

This is a beautiful hotel. Large spacious rooms with a large modern bathroom. The breakfast room is very nice with “home cooked” (regional) foods and individual service. (Had pastries like my grandmother made.) The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the center of town.
