巴赫萊達卡斯普人飯店(Bachleda Hotel Kasprowy)

Na przestrzeni ostatnich lat, kolejny mój udany, wspaniały pobyt w hotelu Bachleda Kasprowy. To niesamowite, że po pandemii, w czasie olbrzymich problemów na rynku pracy hotel tak świetnie sobie radzi. Jest profesjonalnie zarządzany, co powoduje, że personel jest bardzo przydatny i sympatyczny, co zwykle trudno osiągnąć w hotelarstwie i gastronomii. Pokoje są czyste, doczyszczone, a gastronomia od śniadania do obiadokolacji serwuje smaczne, tradycyjne posiłki. Absolutnie hotel jest dalej najlepszy w Zakopanem i godny polecenia. Stanisław Lencki

Nous étions tenus de venir dans la région pendant les vacances scolaires pour des raisons familiales et non touristiques. On a donc pensé joindre l’agréable à l’utile. Quelle erreur! Je connais cet hôtel depuis plus de 40 ans, donc même à l’epoque communiste, et je ne m’attendais pas à une telle dégringolade. Dès la réservation, les informations du site sont mensongères. On voit des photos des chambres de style » montagne » mais on ne précise pas que seules les chambres « luxe » sont dans ce style. Les chambres standard sont des chambres classiques d’un Mercure d’il y a 20 ans. Des hordes de familles nombreuses, avec enfants en bas âge (uniquement, probablement parce que c’est gratuit) qui courent partout, pleurent et crient. On se croirait dans une crèche à l’heure du déjeuner. La piscine envahie d’enfants du matin au soir et d’adultes buvant de la bière dedans. Aucune envie de s’y aventurer. L’hôtel accueille les animaux apparemment sans limite car de nombreux chiens aboient dans les chambres. Dès la fin du diner, certains clients organisent des beuveries interminables dans les chambres donc impossible de fermer l’oeil. La réception est également dépassée par les moeurs et comportements fort douteux de la clientèle. La seule réponse que j ai obtenue était « nous sommes navrés mais on ne peut rien faire, c est un hôtel familial ». Je me suis vue offrir un verre au bar et des entrées dans le Spa « relax » (zone silence et payante) en guise d’excuses. On m’a également proposé de changer de chambre mais étant donné qu’il ne restait que deux nuits, je n’avais pas envie de déménager. D’autant plus que nous étions 3 adultes donc on avait 2 chambres. Les chambres avec balcon donnent sur l’énorme bassin thermal extérieur. Quand il fait beau, un brouhaha insupportable empêche de se reposer. Bref, on se croirait chez Accord mais plutôt Ibis budget que Mercure. En plein covid, aucun client ne portait de masque malgré des affichettes partout. Le personnel n’ose même pas intervenir. Avec nos masques, on était regardé comme des pestiférés... Les seules félicitations vont au chef de cuisine. Les repas sont très bons, inventifs et incluent les produits locaux. Probablement hors vacances, hors saison, c’est différent mais nous n’avons aucune envie de répéter l’expérience.

Check in was not very welcoming. A lot of little broken things in the room ex. Broken trash can in the bathroom. The room was very smelly. No iron in the room. There an iron room on the 1st floor but it was very dirty. Breakfasts are far from enjoyable.

Best hotel in Zakopane we’ve been to. Very clean rooms, great breakfast and dinner buffet with variety of different dishes everyday. Spa was also nice and kids club with babysitters who took well care of our 4 year. Great location to commute by walk to Krupowki. We’ll be back for sure!

We like this hotel...this was our 3th visit here.this hotel is very good,good possition - near ski area,perfect food/restaurant and great wellness. But during our last stay we were quite dissapointed - 1.cleaning services wasnt good (we had to ask them if they can put our trash away from our room after 2 days) and 2 issue we had with kids club - opening hours till 7:00 pm - I think it can be longer, They were finish with kids attraction 2 hours earlier than are closing time, and plugs in kids club are not safe - its quite danger. I hope they will change these things in the future because this place deserve it - because its beautiful place for winter holiday.😉

This hotel /rooms needs maintenance improvements ASAP. In our first 24 hour , we had to change 3 times room. Reasons: no A/C in room and bad smell. Even in our 3rd room there was no water pressure in the shower. A/C was not working properly too. Workers were very nice.

Tętniący życiem hotel oferuje swoim klientom miłą i gościnną atmosferę. Na zewnątrz widoki zapierają dech w piersiach, wnętrza urządzone w przytulnym goralskim stylu. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje Pan Konrad z recepcji, który w profesjonalny sposób przedstawił ofertę hotelu z jego wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Dziękujemy również Panu Arkadiuszowi za oprowadzenie nas po hotelu. Podczas naszej krótkiej wizyty mielismy możliwość zjeść lunch w restauracji Grand Kasprowy. Dania smaczne i obfite z profesjonalna obsługą kelnerską w postaci Pana Tomasza. Panowie na Lobby Barze wyjątkowo uprzejmi i weseli. Po raz kolejny sprawdza się zasada ze miejsce tworzą ludzie i tak też jest w przypadku tego hotelu. Do zobaczenia wkrótce.

Standing water in bathtub, AC not working properly, the only positive is the breakfast staff!! We reported the issues to the front desk staff and their response was “we can change your room but for an extra fee!!” Wow talk about “Customer Service” issues or maybe lack of training!!

Recently, the name of the hotel has been changed to Bachleda Hotel Kasprowy, but nobody felt the need to inform about this. Apparently the aim is to become a 5* hotel, but there’s still a long way to go. At the moment it barely classifies as 3*. Breakfast was disappointing, and comparably to the breakfast of a mid class all-in resort in Greece or Turkey. Room cleaning was terrible. We stayed in a suite and couldn’t even get the room cleaned once in 4 nights. The staff was just bunkering in the hallways. Shampoo, douche gel and bath salts didn’t get refilled after asking at the reception four times!!!! All in all i’m very disappointed with our stay at this hotel, it has a lot of potential and a very long way to reach it. Finally, there was a very annoying ticking sounds in the heating pipes that would come around every fifteen minutes or so. A real killer for a good nights rest.
