邦美蜀飯店

I literally created this account and wrote a review for the first time when a staff asked us to, that’s how I’m in LOVE with this place. The vibe is so cool, futuristic yet wholesome. You can expect the best service from adorable staffs, they would go out of their way to help you as much as possible. The room was so nice, their mega big window is one of the coolest ideas I’ve ever seen. You can’t have netflix on the TV (yet, hopefully) but their lounge area is unmatched. Ha, the receptionist took her time to show me around and treat me so warmly, she and everyone really makes me feel like I’m their friend. I had a great time.

一進到酒店，就被大堂的花吸引了，仔細看還真是真花，而且每天還換花樣的，看着非常賞心悅目。 酒店的設施一般般，總體來說性價比可以，離機場距離不遠，打車方便。 酒店早餐選擇不少，口味一般般。

我們在另一家酒店預訂了一個房間，但他們沒有我們的預訂並且已經滿員，所以我們去了這家酒店。錯誤。我們認為這是一家豪華酒店。它有很大的房間，但絕不是一家豪華酒店。辦公桌上的工作椅只是酒店餐廳的另一張木椅（不帶墊子）。空調太弱了，我們到達後房間花了三個小時才冷卻下來。早上洗澡沒有熱水，只有溫水。那天晚上和第二天好多了。其中一盞燈沒有開關，所以我不得不打電話給酒店工程師來執行床頭程序將其關閉。他甚至花了一段時間才弄清楚。有一個帶淋浴的浴缸，但浴缸靠近牆壁放置，沒有填縫或包裹浴簾，所以水會碰到牆壁並流到浴缸外面。電視離床頭大約 20 英尺，所以在那個距離你看不到它。衛生紙架在馬桶座後面，很難夠到。我可以繼續，但設計缺陷是無窮無盡的。床實際上相當舒適，枕頭也是如此。如果空調足夠強，你可以睡個好覺。餐廳的自助早餐只有越南菜。可能沒有西方人住在這家酒店。唯一的西餐是酸奶，你可以點雞蛋。服務試圖包容，但他們說的英語很少。最後，到酒店還有十幾級台階，大概15級左右。行李員提著行李箱上下樓梯，但這太荒謬了。為什麼不使入口地面水平。我為服務員感到難過，但這是非常愚蠢的設計。嘗試尋找另一家酒店。

I am an Indian traveller and I have visited Buon Ma Thuot twice so far for business. During both my trips I had stayed for long at Elephant’s Hotel. Here is my detailed review of this property - Rooms: They have 4 different room types and I have stayed only in their superior rooms which are quite spacious. This room size should be comfortable for a small family as well. Cleanliness: The management team ensures that the common areas, pool, restaurant, lift, the rooms and the bathrooms are always maintained very clean. Food: Every chef out there and the restaurant staff were ever willing to walk an extra mile to ensure they were preparing good Indian vegetarian food during my long my stays. Also, Their hygiene standards are second to none! Overall: Each and every staff here is very friendly and their warm hospitality can be felt despite the language barrier. Many of them can converse well in English, still if you are a non-Vietnamese traveller, please have a translator app handy so that they fully understand your requirements. I would look forward to staying again at Elephants Hotel when I travel to Dak Lak.

Creo que TA debe también servir para hacer critica positiva. Este es el sentido de mi comentario. La gran amabilidad y buena disposición del staff,se merece que la propiedad gaste dinero en renovar la moqueta de pisos y habitaciones- a veces produce verdadero rechazo - ,renueve mobiliario y ofrezca un desayuno más variado y donde no se note tanto que algunos alimentos o jugos se guardan de un día para otro. Lo escribo con animo totalmente positivo,porque la categoría del hotel - 4 estrellas!! - y la gran amabilidad del personal,se merece que el propietario modernice el alojamiento........,y si no que baje de categoría.

這個月我住了一晚達克魯科,不得不說這是一次舒適的住宿。酒店比較老舊,但古色古香,有一個不錯的室外游泳池。我的房間很大,而且舒適,價格優惠,附近有很多餐館,步行即可到達庫普瑪特。工作人員很友好,非常友好,以取悅客人。自助早餐不錯,適合西式和越南式供應。下次入住真的會在這裏預訂👌
