帕莫瑞費斯塔度假飯店(Festa Pomorie Resort)

It was a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a nice pool with a view to the sea.

Отдыхали в данном отеле в июле 2023. В рейтинге самых ужасных отелей , которые я посетила , данный отель занимает второе место . Первое место , пожалуй , заняло общежитие для моряков на Сейшелах с коридорами , покрытыми масляной краской , но по цене 4 звезды ! Итак по порядку про Festa Pomorie : Уборка : везде все очень грязно , лифт один - тоже весь грязный ! Вась отель выложен плиткой , ощущение больницы и запах сырости везде ! В номерах убирают ужасно ! Постельное белье за 3 недели , поменяли 3 раза и то после того ,как дали чаевые ! Уборка номера заключается только в смене полотенец ! Ковролин за три недели ни разу не пылесосили ! Кухня и питание : Кромешный ужас ! Запах школьной столовой в 90-Е гг в России и блюда как в той же школьной столовой ! Еда приготовлена безвкусно , кушать невозможно ни одно блюдо ! Много просроченных продуктов , судя по виду и вкусу ! Оплатили двухразовое питание ! Была в столовой три раза , тошнило от одного запаха этих блюд как в школьной столовой ! Даю дельный совет руководству гостиницы : выгнать в шею всех поваров из столовой , руки растут ни с того места и продукты не готовят , а только портят ! Это что надо сделать с обычной яичницей на завтрак , чтобы даже ее было невозможно положить в рот! Совершенно бездарные повара !!! Вон их всех на улицу !!! Отпуск был напрочь испорчен отвратительными запахами из столовой , которые витали повсюду ! Уважаемые россияне , мой вам совет: Не портите свой отдых ! Нечего делать в этой гостинице , где руководство понятия не имеет какой должен быть сервис в гостинице 4 звезды ! Звезды нацепили на фасад и думают этого достаточно ! Управление гостиницей - никакое, нет никакого понимания о нормальном сервисе ! Не знают как организовать бизнес на 4 звезды , пусть в соседнюю Турцию съездят ! В Турции даже самые дешевые три звезды будут на порядок лучше проживания и отдыха в Festa Pomorie! Нечего делать в данной гостинице !

It is hard to guess that it is a 4 star hotel in any European country. The pool is left to "clean itself", full of sand and there is no control over it. And the food!?!? Better not try it. It's cooked the same in a slightly different form and the taste is lacking :/

The hotel is located directly by the beach and has all the amenities needed for a nice and relaxed vacation. Our room was clean and cosy. The staff was kind and polite. Special thanks to Katya at the reception for her great attitude - always smiling and responsive. We will be back next summer!

First time in Bulgaria and booked a surprise holiday for my sisters 60th birthday at Festa Pomorie Resort. Hotel located on seafront just step out of your apar**ent directly onto sandy beach and swim in Black Sea. Apar**ent suite spacious and spotlessly clean everything you needed in rooms. Kate at reception so helpful. Maria in restaurant looked after us so well always welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend and will be back again Oona Ireland

The location of this hotel is excellent, directly on the beach. If you get bored at the pool, you can simply walk a few meters, and you’ll be at the beach. The rooms were clean, and cleaning ladies changed our towels every day. And if you want to go to one of the nearby cities, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

The hotel is not 4 starts as advertised. The room was good and clean although the towels were never changed during our stay nor was the room cleaned. The staff at reception were very nice and polite. The staff in the breakfast restaurant however looked miserable and fed up. There were 2 coffee machines only one of which was working (although there was never milk in the machine). One morning the machine stopped working and we couldnt get coffee at all. When I asked for a coffee from the bar I was told I had to pay for it (which I have paid for when I booked breakfast included). I had to complain at reception and only then I was given coffee. The staff at the bar wanted to help but had no authority to do so. The gym was filthy.

The hotel staff were very helpfull and nice. Unfortunately the cleaning didn't work at all. The room was dirty and the furniture were old and broken. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room and they tried to ram in next morning like 8AM. Usually people are still sleeping that early. We did have a kitchenette, but we could not use it, because they didn't share any kitchenware. The pool is nice and works with kids, allthough there is sand on the bottom. Breakfast is served pretty early and the quality of the food is sadly poor. I buyed few drinks at the daytime, but they couldn't even make them taste no else than water mixed into some juice extract. Basically the breakfast tries to be continental, but fails to do so. Only thing that saved something from a total disaster was hotels private beach. You could easily take a sunbed and dive to the ocean without a worry to watch after your valuables. And after the ocean take a fresh dip to the pool while stepping back to your hotel room. At evening time I suggest take a 2,5km walk to Pomorie's center. It is nice place to spend evening with kids and take a good dinner. This hotel has a potential to be better and fancyer, but it would need a lot improvement and renovation. Unfortunately I give no more than 3 stars to this hotel.
