We were highly let down by our reservation made through trip.com. The front desk made us wait over an hour due to a payment issue with one of the rooms booked through Trip.com.
Upon discovering the problem, we promptly reached out to Trip.com for assistance. The customer service assured us of a callback, but unfortunately, we never received one. Moreover, neither the hotel front desk, preoccupied with other check-ins, nor Trip.com followed up on our case.
We called Trip.com's customer service many times and finally got the room key.
