凱藝飯店-近馬布爾福爾斯湖(Quality Inn Marble Falls)

La cama y almohadas muy cómodas y limpias. Llegamos como a las 11 pm y no había parqueo, la alfombra estaba muy sucia, el personal nada amigable, la puerta de la refrigeradora estaba quebrada, no cerraba bien y olía raro. No había presión de agua en la ducha ni en el lavamanos. La televisión se tardaba como 5 minutos en cargar los canales. El lugar es barato en comparación de otros hoteles pero ese mismo servicio es el que uno recibe y mejor nos cambiamos al hotel La Quinta. En la parte de atrás hay un food truck de comida mexicana muy buena y al lado un Whataburger. También me cobraron $100 dólares de depósito “reembolsable” por mi mascota (una pequeña Yorkie) más y otro depósito por la habitación los cuales no mencionan en la página de *******.

This is place for workers not families … terrible I did not stay there with family, no way to do it … full of workers

Great location, comfy pillows. Front desk agents were not the most welcoming, overall it was fine.

Large, clean room. Nothing fancy but nothing lacking either. Included breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, coffee, juice... everything you could want Included. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Needed to check in early and the Hotel worked so hard for us to do that! Rooms were clean and the hotel is in a convenient location for where we wanted to be. Very happy with the service and check in.

The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable!!! Not hard like most hotels! Staff was very helpful and attentive.

The staff was very friendly and made check in and out easy. The room was ok. We couldn’t walk on the floor without our socks/feet turning black. We were in a nonsmoking room but someone was smoking outside which made our room smell like smoke.

This place was disgusting!! My sister rented a room for Friday night so we could get ready for my wedding. Walking around the room for 5 minutes our feet turned BLACK from how nasty the floors were. My husband and i didnt even end up staying in the hotel room we had rented because it was so gross and we were worried id they didnt clean the floors who knows if they even changed the sheets! and i plan on getting my money back.
