The communication from the customer service team was appalling. I asked for an early check in to which I was told that there was no availability unless I paid for an extra night. When I commented that this obviously meant there was availability and that if it was still the case when I arrived to get an early check in (only a couple of hours), I was told that they are a business that needs to make money! Not a very professional response in my opinion
When checking in, I was told that the room was not ready but they would contact me when it was. They never contacted me, rather I had to go back to reception to find out
I stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very run down (poor shower quality, obvious patching of paint and blemishes) and again in my opinion, not worth the inflated price tag I was charged
I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone
