埃爾多拉多天空廣場套房飯店(Economy Inn Eldorado)

Went to check in. No one there to great us. Had to ring a bell. A guy came with a dirty t-shirt on. Was unable to check us in. Said this was just his second day and he didn't know the computer system yet. After waiting several minutes to see if he would be able to check us in (we thought we would give him the benefit of the doubt and check out the room first) my husband finally told him we would just go somewhere else and we left. It was around 8:45 p.m. when we arrived and all the lights were already turned off in the lobby even tho we had reservations. It was not a welcoming or inviting a**osphere. We never did even get to see a room, but based on what I did see I would not recommend this as a family friendly place to stay

We have stayed here several times since our house burned down in March. We have yet to receive a complimentary breakfast as said in the description. Things weren't horribly bad until our last visit there. During check in staff only said one or two words and seemed irritated and annoyed about having to check me in. He put us in a room that was not clean. Something had been spilt on the floor and it was sticky and kind of slimy. The bathtub had not been cleaned and there was visible evidence of roaches on bathtub, sink and top of cabinet where tv and fridge was. The fridge was warm so wasn't able to use it. The microwave was dirty and didn't turn like it wasn't supposed to while cooking food. The door to the room did not latch when closed and looked like someone had broke into the room. Staff tried to to prove us wrong by shutting the door and giving us a dirty look so my boyfriend pushed on the door and it opened and staff walked away. Someone did come fix the door soon after. The staff's niece was standing outside close to our room playing inappropriate music super loud and was yelling and screaming about something she was going through. When I asked her to please turn down the music and to please stop yelling she started yelling at me and telling me she was pregnant, grown and 18 years old and could do whatever she wanted and called me names, threatened me and said she would have us kicked out. I let staff know about it and he took care of it and I didn't see the girl again

it was terrible super sketchy the doors had been kicked in there was a giant blood stain on the floor do not stay here

1st room wasn't clean. 2nd room had no heat, blankets and bed had no blankets. renovation in progress but a lot of work needs to be done. avoid staying here.

First, gave me a key to an occupied room. Walked in on a guy trying to sleep. Got the key for the room next door. Looked recently painted, but not well kept. There were dirty underwear under one of the beds. The TV didn't work. Price was low, but, even so, not worth money.

Had to cancel because no one was available to check in when we showed up.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times. Each time, the staff was great, the hotel was clean and the rooms were great.

I arrived on Friday at 5:00pm and the office was closed and locked. It was 35 degrees outside and it took some time for the manager to answer the buzzer. Then the manager could not get his "damn slow computer" as he said, to work to find my prepaid-reservation. When I asked about what time breakfast is in the morning, the manager said they don't provide breakfast and said "I've told them several times to remove that from the motel's advertisement!" The WiFi Internet was spotty in the location of our room so I gave up and used my phone as a hot-spot. The beds were clean, but the bathroom was old and rusty, so I did not take a shower. I was disappointed and decided from now on I will not prepay online until I get to the site and decide if I want to have my family stay.

Plenty of room for us, clean, close enough to put activities. Felt safe on our girl's trip
