The rooms are clean and very confortable. The staff always have their smiles and greetings and very accommodating. Surely to recommend.

A few words to describe this hotel: CLEAN. The foyer. The stairs. The room. The CR. All spotless. Not one insect. Better than Astoria Mnl, which had an ant infestation. COMFY. the pillows. The duvet. Easy to lay on and stay warm. Astoria had worst quality pillows and a blanket used in the Vietnam war. CONVENIENT. parking right in front watched 24/7 by security. It was a bum fight at Astoria just to get to the grab ride. The bfast was simple yet tasty. The coffee was great. The AC is window mount type, thus noisy. And until about 11:30pm there was road noise. Use earplugs. The shower was spacious and ample hot water. Overall a great alternative to Watergate, which is fully booked unless you reserve weeks in advance. I recommend. This is a genuine review. Other hotels reviews can be easily analyzed for inauthenticity.

Place is clean and the staff are really nice. They need to be honest with their free breakfast though. During booking, they should specifically mention that their free breakfast is only for 2 guests When I booked this hotel, I choose for free breakfast and it was clearly stated that there will be 3 guests.

WARNiNG!! DONT BOOK for THIS SCAMMERS!! We booked a room for 3 people (as it says sleeps 3 for one room) for August 2023 for one night only because we have flight in the morning. I’ve asked for the agent to change my name to my husband’s as I will be late for few hours and I was the one who booked them so I should show my passport and bank card. The agent changed it to my husband’s name and put my son’s name and didn’t include my name! And when ive complaint about it the hotel asked me for a payment of 2500 gbp extra!! Is something wrong with their heads or what?? Then they denied that in ********* website says that the room sleeps 3. They said they only do 2. Then telling me that my son is 14 so he is not allowed in the room. Told them when I’ve booked, it asked me for my son’s age and there was no problem. Anyway I’ve ready all their policy and there was nothing indicating 18 years old above. What disgusting people!!!

They have a wide variety of foods on the menu for lunch and dinner. The food was very good. Breakfast was one of 3 selections but quite good. The rooms were just the right size for our needs. Big walk-in shower with great water pressure. The beds were very comfy, and the air conditioning worked well. The best part about staying here was the staff. All friendly and very polite. All our requests for towels or water was promptly delivered to our rooms. I had a birthday while staying here and the staff gave me a cake and sang happy birthday to me. It’s the little things that make the stay from nice, to memorable. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re coming to stay in Butuan.
