Neighbor next door on Saturday had people coming and going starting at 2AM. Loud, loud music. Hard to get any sleep. Many more people than should have been in room.
Towel bar in our bathroom fell off. After reporting it a man came the next day and took it but did not replace it. Was not pleased with our stay at all. Staff was good, room very clean & well appointed.

It was surprising that as noisy as it is the pool outside it was Not noisy inside. And other than the noise outside the pool was very nice and actually had pool towels and a decent temperature. The traffic noise is worse than the airplanes

Paid $335 per night for a room that shouldn't have cost more than $150 at the most. When the word "suites" is in the name, I expect something worth the word. Motel 6 has the same quality room for a lot less.
I thought these travel sites were supposed to save you money. I thought wrong.

The room was dirty with clumps of mud in the carpet and a nail in the carpet. The people next door were slamming doors and yelling all night. We later found out that it was teenagers on a travel ball league. When we tried to call the front desk regarding the noise, the phone did not work. We used our cell phone to call the front desk but no one answered. Horrible experience!

The hotel was very gross and extremely unclean. The stay was uncomfortable because the bathroom was so small and I was so grossed out I showered with flip flops. Everything in the hotel and room smelled like cigarettes. The beds were uncomfortable and the hotel itself was dirty and outdated. You get what you pay for and I highly regretted not staying at one of the other hotels surrounding this one for slightly more money.

The bedding was terrible. After the first night room service didn’t make the bed. Not an issue, I did it myself. Doing that I found blood stains on the blanket, very disturbing. The best thing was the vending machines.

The lady at check in was super nice. She let me check in early. It was quiet even with the cleaning staff in the hallway. The room was nice for what I needed. I would stay again.
