Beautiful hotel in Cabo but if you plan to go into the city very often, the location can be inconvenient. I recommend renting a car if you stay here. Other than the inconvenience of the location, everything else was amazing. Especially the food at the Nobu restaurant

El hotel es espectacular. El servicio de Butler que te dan es super util. Lo unico malo de todo es que no puedes meterte al mar porque es demasiado fuerte. De hecho hay siempre un salvavidas que no te deja que te acerques al agua. Pero eso si nos dijeron antes de ir. Por el resto todo es de primera pero todo super costoso.

The room price point was ok. However, what they do not tell you is that a prearranged taxi cost $120 EACH way into Cabo if you want to eat somewhere it doesn't cost $65 for a piece of sushi or pay $25 for a margarita or $10 for a cup of coffee. I feel like we were being held captive. We found cockroaches in our shower 1 morning, and had the security guard come tell us our cellphone music was too loud, (no speakers) all the while, a wedding for 2 nights was blasting music and shooting off fireworks. The communication between the staff and management is poor (you never are given the correct information) and the front desk staff is rigid and rude if you try to get help. There were 12 of us, staying in 6 rooms, and NONE of us enjoyed the cost, atmosphere, or attitudes of the people that worked there. The everyday staff (the worker bees), were nice though, probably because they were worried about their jobs if they weren't. I Would NOT recommend staying here EVER! Again, poor communication and don't tell you the correct information. May look pretty, but you shouldn't judge a hotel by its famous name for food!

Overrated and overpriced hotel. If you’re looking for somewhere you can be in complete solitude, with no energy, no vibe, and far away from anything, this is the place for you. Nice architecture, decent rooms, and above average food, but still a far cry from other true 5* hotels out there. No music by the pool most days (not even faint background music), last ones to finish dinner each night at around 9pm, and nothing to do afterward unless you want to be the only people at their rooftop bar. Super aggressive with pushing their Nobu Residence timeshare on you at checkin, with approx 10 follow up calls regarding making an appointment over the following 2 days. I would not return to or recommend this hotel.

This was an absolutely amazing 50th birthday vacation. The Nobu went above and beyond to make everything perfect! My husband received a happy birthday from everyone he encountered and a birthday surprise each night for the entire time we were there, which made it that little extra we needed to make this birthday more special. The staff is so attentive and well trained to give that 5 star experience!!
The property is very well maintained and manicured! We truly felt like we were in paradise! Our room was modern and classy in natural colors, which I absolutely love!! The bed was extremely comfortable, like really abnormally soft! It was genuinely perfect!
There truly isn’t one thing that could have been done better or needed improvement!
