This is hands down the best service and hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. From the minute you arrive you are treated like nothing short of royalty. The staff makes you feel like you are the most important guest at the hotel. The grounds are pristine, the rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable. Our butler service was outstanding. Every small detail is thought of at this resort and the staff make you feel like family. We were there during the passing of Hurricane Hilary. At another resort this probably would have been a trip ruining turn of events, but not at Las Ventanas. They accommodated us with all kinds of amazing activities that kept us out of the weather. Tequila, and wine tastings. Salsa Dancing, Fitness classes, spa accommodations. The food at the resort is spectacular and La Botica Speak East night club is a very special place to spend evenings listening to live entertainment enjoying incredible drinks. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Waldo the guest experience manager. He is AWESOME! He made our stay so special, and it's a pleasure to now call him our friend. The level of service was unparalleled to any other resort we’ve been to. Definitely a quieter resort and the perfect place to disconnect and be pampered by the amazing staff!

This place is amazing. The grounds are immaculate and the service is spectacular. There is nothing that we didn't like about this property. We can't wait to go back.

This might be the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. The entire place is like a work of art - every detail is perfect. And I don't think I've ever experienced better service, anywhere. You feel like royalty! It's incredibly expensive, but I can say without hesitation - if you're looking for the absolute most luxury experience, this is it.

Some of the staff are friendly. However the operations, sucks badly. There's endless waiting. Rosewood, or maybe it's Cabos in general, style too nickle and dime customers at everywhere they can.... Food sucks, basically it's over priced American at 10x LA prices in a place where labor costs 1/10 of LA.... Try 3 mini taco with no condiment for $30? Yeah, that's standard here at rosewood. 2x ice cream bar for $19? Yup you got the idea. 2nd time in Cabo, thought I didn't go a good enough hotel first time. mistake. Never coming back to Cabo or rosewood in general.

Best hotel I have experienced in Mexico, and everyone was so kind, patient and adorable, the massage was also the best I have ever had in my whole life !!! I would definitely go back again! And the food was amazing, , spectacular view, and the most friendly staff ever!!!!
