El spa lo mejor con muy buena atención. El bar de la piscina tembien con buena atención

Bonito hotel situado en zona tranquila.

Isolado na estrada de caceres para Malapartida de Caceres um antigo palacio rural recuperado para hotel que cumpria se fosse classificado como 4 * Desilusão onde a piscina e respectivo rest bar inativos , quarto simoaticos e arquitetura e decoração bem conseguida mas casa de banho fracas sem separação das sanitas . Cafetatia com serviço rudimentar e mesas exteriores com marcas de copos e garrafas de serviços anteriores sem terem sido limpas Pequeno almoça basico .

By our standards this hotel was very expensive - the “free” spa and trea**ent that we do not use just added to the cost. We would have preferred a lower rate. Having said that the hotel was comfortable and the food was well prepared and of good quality. The hotel is set in its own grounds with swimming pool (in summer). The room was large and well equipped (no complaints there) a despite the cost we would recommend as a place to stay while exploring Cacares.

Hotel tranquilo en el que nos alojamos una noche estando de tránsito. La noche nos incluía una hora en el Spa, el cual es pequeño pero bien cuidado en los detalles. La atención y el servicio al llegar al hotel no me pareció digna de un 5* y menos habiendo reservado una de las habitaciones más caras del hotel. Parecía que estábamos entrando en un hostal de carretera, pero bueno. La piscina y el bar de la piscina muy nuevos y con mucho estilo, fue muy agradable pasar la tarde allí. La comida del restaurante y del desayuno están bien de calidad. Por último, otra note negativa del hotel fue que cuando llegamos de cenar, la habitación estaba llena de hormigas y la solución fue movernos a otra suite a las 23:30 de la noche y el hotel no tuvo ni un gesto por su parte para compensar nuestro malestar. En resumen, buen hotel pero que debe mejorar en la atención al cliente. Un poco caro calidad/precio.

Good place to be in if staying overnight to visit Caceres. This property is well maintained and clean, while the staff are polite and friendly (I found staff members in the breakfast room particularly welcoming). There is a surrounding garden area I enjoyed walking around for early morning strolls, inclusive of a series of interesting stork nests: the rural setting around this hotel is peaceful and tranquil.

Just a fabulous place. Beautiful building and super bedrooms. Staff were really helpful and the food was gorgeous. Close to the motorway so easy to access and lots of free parking. Been to lots of places and this place is up there with the very best. E we I’ll certainly return.

Wat een geweldig hotel is dit! In alle opzichten een enorme aanrader. Prima plek, wel in de buurt van een drukke weg, maar daar heb je helemaal geen last van. Zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Goed restaurant met voldoende keuze aan gerechten. Prima ontbijt. Heerlijke spa, waar je helemaal tot rust komt. Het raam kon wijd open en was voorzien van een hor. Wij komen hier zeker terug, het was heerlijk om hier te verblijven!

Lugar espectacular! Somos dos matrimonios y salimos justo hoy y estamos deseando volver, somos de Extremadura y aunque vivimos lejos, vamos varias veces al año. Sin duda lo recomendaremos. Un entorno ideal y un trato excelente. Gracias en especial al equipo de recepción por su amabilidad y el trato recibido. Un 10 con mayúsculas!
