漂流棕櫚灣飯店(Drift Palm Cove)

We live locally and decided to do a staycation as we had family over from the UK. We all had a great time the hotel staff are all friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Great bars, restaurants all within walking distance. The resort pool was a real winner with our 2 children (4,2). The apartment was well equipped and the 3 bed apartments are a great size and layout was great.

Stayed for 3 nights in school holidays (family of 4) in a 3 bedroom apartment. I have stayed in many different hotels as I travel every 2 weeks for work (over 8 yrs) and I don’t think I’ve come across a dirtier/ tired room in my travels. Upon arrival found that the bath was filthy from previous occupant with oil or soap build up. Soap holder was also dirty. Excessive mould on air conditioning vents (son had sneezing fit 15 minutes after we arrived). Housekeeping did clean bathroom & vents after we discussed issues with reception. Hole in bathroom door & ceiling. Stains on bed cushions. Stains on outdoor furniture cushions. Stains on carpet. There is no way this is a 4 star accommodation and does not reflect good value for money. The only upside is the pool which is fantastic.

Room was totally not a 2 bedroom apartment. Staff at main desk was not interested in our concerns regarding inadequate 2nd bedroom. No fan and no light and no privacy was a real concern. Other then our disappointment with unresolved matters regarding our concerns we had a great holiday

Aucun renseignement à ce sujet mais heureusement téléphone sur le comptoir et les deux dames ont réussi avec efficacité notre arrivée donc merci au deux dames!!! Prenez cette hôtel avec les yeux fermés à condition d’Arrivé avant 19h !!! 😎 L’ensemble des équipements, de la chambre 5sur5 Très bonne hôtel et le cadre est splendide

Amazing! The kids (and mum and dad) loved the pool!! The rooms are spacious, clean and welcoming. Everything is within walking distance and we had the best time!!

Had a fantastic stay at drift palm cove, will definitely stay again, bed mattress might need to be replaced soon but all in all had a fantastic stay with the family, close to restaurants and family had great time in the pool

Great location and the pool is phenomenal, you can swim in it all day and always find a patch of shade. Perfectly located in walking distance to everything along the Palm Cove esplanade. Will definitely stay here again.
