北灣海濱套房公寓(North Cove Waterfront Suites)

The unit had broken dryer, main bedroom fan, filthy ironing board, main door hard to shut, dirty shower, poor TV reception, barking dog in unit nearby at 12.30am & after we let the manager no appology or refund offered.

Unit was small but clean and tidy. Specifically rang after making booking to advise required twin beds and advised no problem but arrived to find 1 bed but they did make up a room with twin beds.The room was on the Water Street frontage and with a new construction opposite the noise of trucks etc started before 5am. Realise this is not the fault of resort but best to stay away from street front units.TV hardly worked as WIFI kept dropping out even on Free to air TV.

We booked this apartment for a family holiday for 4 people. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which had plenty of space, air con in each room and living room, and was stocked with all the amenities that a family would need such as a dishwasher, dryer, etc. The apartment is about a 30 minute walk from the main area of Cairns so we needed to catch an Uber each time which wasn’t ideal. The reception hours are also limited to working hours each day. We did have an issue with a shower handle coming off it’s hinge and had to wait until morning to have this fixed. We could also hear people walking up and down as the complex isn’t very sound proofed. There was a clean accessible pool which we also used. There was a clean bbq space too which would be useful for family gatherings. Overall, we had a generally enjoyable stay but would consider staying somewhere closer to the main area if we were to visit again.

We were checking in after hours and the instructions that were sent to us / left for us were fantastic. Check out was easy too. Everything was comfortable. Overall a really good experience.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 10 nights and it was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Arriving out of office hours we were well informed of the procedures and directions to our underground parking spot. The linen and towels were changed on day 6. We had a level 3 apartment which over looked the esplanade and had obscured water views. Dustin was very helpful and also provided us with discount vouchers to the Aquarium and Hartley's Crocodile Farm. It is close to the airport, but with minimal air traffic, not really an issue. When back in Cairns I would definitely stay here again.

Had everything we wanted, including a good dishwasher! Plenty of room for everyone in the 2 bedroom apartment. Very comfortable, very quiet. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, always very pleasant. Great to have undercover parking and a lift to our room on the wet days. Good value

The apartment is located at the quiet end of the Esplanade. The main tourist area is about half an hour walk away, however, here are cafes nearby. It is a nice walk in the evenings while it is cooler. The hotel has a nice sized pool which has shade. Overall, it is a nice place to stay. Thank you.
