Clean, new building, and comfy bed, big size of the standard room. I liked the size of the TV (50") smells good everywhere. Breakfast is good. Free shuttle to the Airport is a big factor for my future travel. Not good everyone can access the elevator up and down, not safe for the customers. All I know only the key holder can access the elevator going to their room.

NO TOWELS! Each room was given one towel and told that more would come back from housekeeping....but 10 hours later, there were still no towels. The front staff wouldn't answer the phone, nor provide additional towels The pool had no towels and the resulting water in the lobby became a significant safety hazard. We finally contacted the head office, but the hotel also ignored calls their calls. The breakfast opened 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled time. The pool opened 15 minutes AFTER the scheduled time

We live three hours outside of Calgary. I made this booking for my 82 year old mother as she had a 9am international flight to catch. Mom was a nervous wreck. I checked her in, arranged for a wake up call and airport shuttle, and got her settled in her room. I had to drive back home that night but checked in with her a few times that night and again at 5am. Well let me tell you, at 5am it was like speaking with a different person! She was chipper, happy, and looking forward to the day. She kept telling me how wonderful the staff was. So a big thank you for taking care of her so well when I couldn't be there. I'll be booking the same location for her late arrival home in two weeks so she can have a restful night before I drive in to pick her up on the morning.

Didn’t like that Took us 3 try’s to find this property be aware there is 3 holiday inn expresses in the airport area even at check in we had a guest behind us trying to check in but it was the wrong one. But It’s great when you find it very spacious rooms,and great bathroom with good quality soaps and shampoos. Good facilities and great value
