阿菲雷茲姆維奇飯店(Movich Casa del Alferez)

每次來卡利都會住這裏。它乾淨，美麗，餐廳的食物很棒。工作人員超級友好，而且它的位置是完美的。

Por segunda vez nos hospedamos en el Hotel. La primera vez vi una cucaracha en la bañera pero no le di lucha importancia. Está segunda estadía, de varias noches, fue una pesadilla: al abrir la llave de la bañera salieron 3 cucarachas. Tengo video de esto. Luego nos cambiaron de habitación y el TV no servía. Y al final nos cobraron unos consumos que no habíamos hecho. Quitan productos del cuarto antes de uno instal**** y luego los quieren cobrar. La infestación de cucarachas es lo peor!! Jamás voy a volver y les recomiendo a todos ser precavidos en sus baños pues nunca se sabe de dónde saldrán los bichos.

The location, the staff and service are always the best. But the hotel itself is in a very bad condition. This is my second stay in and I did run with the same issues I deal with the previous time. AC licking water or not working. Very old bathrooms as same as the furniture. Electric outlets not working. Very worn out drapes. Due the issues with the AC they switch the room but it was like a downgrade room with decent AC. Once again the staff and the service is always first class. But the hotel need to invest in a huge remodeling project in order to keep this fantastic place up and running.

Highly recommend Staff is absolutely professional and friendly Giovanny, head of restaurant and bar is just amazing Food is amazing, fresh and great presentation Rooms are clean and beautiful decorated Location is excellent, from restaurants and bars and beauty salons. Area is very secure. We love it and I can’t wait to go back

El servicio espectacular, la comida muy buena. Pero el cuarto muy malo, es viejo, ruidoso, pequeño y poco cómodo. Los cuartos tienen que remodelarlos.

El aire no servía, y el televisor tampoco, informe y solo el último día arreglaron el TV, pero el aire nada

Unfortunately, my sister Suldery and my nephew could not arrive, because they stayed trapped on the road because two landslides stopped the pass until Sunday at 11 am when the road was opened again.

I stayed for a week with my husband and from the moment we walked in everyone gather us with a big smile. They helped us with everything we needed it through our stay. Breakfast was on point with a variety of delicious food. Our room had a great view, organized and very clean. Everyday they have one or two securities outside which it makes you feel safe.
