Everything was great but there snacks are very overpriced

Often no one at the front desk. Then, staff appeared disinterested in guests. No breakfast and not even suggestions about where breakfast was available nearby. No information about getting room cleaned and took 2nd day when we had to ask the cleaning woman to straighten our room. Rude manner and constantly excuses for poor service.

Very clean and modern hotel. Biggest complaint is that everything is extra unless you are a member of different standings. Wifi requires you have a rewards account, water bottle is complimentary for certain levels and breakfast is extra and started late. Really wish they had car chargers. The car chargers in the parking lot belong to the restaurant and are only for restaurant guests.

Property was very nice but for the price there should have been some gratuities.

For a Hilton and it’s price it was a good property. I’ve stayed in many cheaper hotels that were just as nice. Also, the indoor pool and other extras were closed. And breakfast was an extra fee.

The handicap room was too far from elevator. Did not get the accommodations we requested.

Spotlessly clean; nice firm mattress and soft pillows. Microwave, coffeemaker and refrigerator all worked well.

Clean and complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking was an extra $4.10 which seemed random. Also, would be nice for breakfast to be included especially since the closet restaurant was closed.

The property was very clean throughout. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. What I didn't like. At checkin, my reservation through ******* was not completely transferred to the hotel and it appeared that I had not paid in advance, which I had and had my confirmation to confirm that fact. It took to much time for check in due to that fact. The check in employees were pleasant and took extra steps to ensure that I would not get charged for the stay. I did not like the parking cost, which used some unexplainable name. The hotel was not close to many food choices other than national chains, McDonalds,Burger King, Pappa's pizza etc.
