lovely in every way, warmly welcomed , Best nights sleep in any hotel stayed in. Staff happy, would go the extra mile if we had any concerns(we did not have any concerns) need your Sat Nav to get to because of the new road layout ( not Travelodge's fault )

Travelodge are functional, however swavesy stands out for its low cost which was the main reason for booking. However Luis and his team were friendly and efficient staff with a warm welcome. More importantly it was a quiet and comfortable quiet night. You can't ask for more.

I managed to book my room very quickly and the staff were great and helped me check in. They also were very kind to help me with the booking since I had just come from a very far drive and I really appreciated that, highly recommended the place if you are staying. 😀

My partner and I really enjoyed the stay. The staff is very welcoming. Luis, the Hotel Manager is very friendly and the house keeping team was very helpful. The room is very spacious and it’s also quiet area! Perfect for a romantic gateway!

Always stay here, staff friendly, rooms clean and tidy, very spacious rooms, restraunt over the way, lots of room in the free carpark, helpful cleaning team, I would definatly keep comming to this hotel

The room was really clean and the staff very polite and helpful. There was a restaurant nearby to eat opposite the hotel. Also a fuel station on the other side of the road. Would definitely stay here again

This T/L is OK if you are a passing trader, builder etc but just not for a pleasant stay on a leisure break, the place is run down and being just yards from the A14 in massively noisy, there are no amenities close by and a car is a must, the only thing close is the so called American diner and I would certainly give that a wide berth, it's awful. Ignore the photos on here, the palms etc are all dead, and the frontage is really scruffy. Front desk staff very helpful.

efficace et propre. bon equipements d'ensemble (literie, tv, salle de bain, parking, ...). pas de restauration intégrée mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut à proximité (aire de service de boxworth à 5' ou le herbie's diner sur le parking de l’hôtel).

For the 2 nights there I would have appreciated a clean non smelly carpet, for the curtains to open properly and not hide tears in them. A clean kettle. I had to use my own Dettol disinfectant wipes to wipe down the kettle and also found hair in my bed.
