Great pricing and location.

프루니어드플라자 바로 옆에 있어서 걸어서 외식하기도 좋고 웨스트필드 쇼핑몰도 차로 7분거리라 위치로는 정말 좋았습니다. 다만 호텔룸안에 슬리퍼라던가 티테이블이 있었으면 더 좋았을것 같네요.

We have stayed at Doubletree a few times in past years and thought the stay was good, but this is when breakfast was edible and included, and there was sealed ceilings with no holes above the shower. There was an obvious leak from the pipe above, and per my husband it looked like it had just been spackled over before. Breakfast turned out to be $20.00 per person even though it was inedible. Eggs tasted like chemicals or metal. Bacon was swimming in grease, no hash browns or breakfast potatoes….French fries! It was the worse and I made them take it off my bill. I don’t normally do reviews but I felt it was necessary this time to save others from staying here. Yes, they did move us to another room and supposedly they removed the $40 breakfast, but the staff’s reaction was like “business as usual.” Like this happens all the time. Not good. We travel from So Cal 2-3x per year to see family in San Jose. This hotel will not be on my list.

The hotel stay was fine. Nothing special but not a bad experience. However, I want to warn all people who stay at this hotel DO NOT bother with the breakfast at this hotel. They charge $18 per person for the most sub-par food. Here's what we were offered for $18 per person: Trix yogurt, 2 cups of fruit for the entire dining hall to share, no bacon (it was empty for the entire 30 min we were there), WET scrambled eggs (yuck!!!), burnt potatoes that couldn't be pierced with a fork without shattering into 1,000 pieces and COLD oatmeal. I've had free continental breakfasts that were better. This hotel should be ashamed of themselves for offering this garbage for this amount of money. Save yourself the disappointment and visit the surrounding mall, there are several coffee shops and dining options within walking distance.

The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pillows were great, too. I also liked the complimentary chocolate chip cookies. They were delicious. The location was great, too. Lots of great restaurants in the Pruneyard within walking distance. The only less than great part of my stay was the hotel breakfast. It was just okay for what was charged.

When we arrived there was an issue with room availability, but the employee at the counter dealt with it professionally and was very nice. She had great customer service. Once we had our keycards everything went well. We like the size of the room. Would stay here again.
