聖何塞坎貝爾萬怡飯店(Courtyard by Marriott San Jose Campbell)

Staff was very pleasant but extremely understaffed. Slow service and hospitality services were not provided. Our rooms shower was not working during our stay. There was also additional chargers for parking lot across the street. Was not offered assistance with bags to room while traveling with a infant and young son.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The general manager is a liar and really needs to find a non service related position. The power went out for an entire evening for who knows what reason. Nowhere else lost power. The manager refused to give any kind of compensation. I will never stay here again and I suggest anyone.reading this do the same.

I've stayed here several times and each time has been pleasant. The only downfall is trying to remember everything I ran out of such as coffee, creamer, sugar because they are still not offering house cleaning services due to "covid". When or if they will ever get back to offering it beats me. Disappointed about that.

We had a nice stay. We were looking for something affordable because we had a medical issue at home. The price was affordable and we didn’t choose other places based on the slightly lower price. We didn’t realize we would have to pay the $15 parking fee. Other than that that the hotel is really new and clean with good parking. The pillows are not down and they were clumpy and uncomfortable. The mattress was not comfortable either but I’m pretty picky about mattresses. The front desk person was very helpful

It was aweful! Unfortunately we never received the towels, coffee, or body wash requested. Bagel from restaurant has mold on it. No complimentary coffee. Complimentary water had strawberries and lemon in it and it looked old strawberries were see through overall I will never book here again

Great hotel and location. The staff was amazing- very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The only downfall is the cost of parking and this hotel is without a free breakfast option. The additional costs add up quickly.

As a frequent business traveler, I find that more often than not I can trust certain brands. It is my belief that Marriott is a trusted premium brand in the hotel industry, one I personally frequent internationally. Hence my surprise and disappointment with the condition of this property in one of the most affluent cities in the world. From the broken or damaged buttons in the elevator, missing lock, defective deadbolt, to the broken soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower. Nothing about this property was in alignment with the Marriott brand. With the overwhelming amount of hotel options nearby, I dont know why anyone would stay here considering the competition at better rates. They could not possibly be in worse condition than this particular venue. As a monthly traveler to the area for business, I'll not be back here. Very disappointing.

Fast check-in and out. Request more towels and delivered in minutes. The mini cafe had fresh ingredients. King room was large and b/c wad comfortable. I would definitely return.
