Its always a pleasure staying at this resort. The rooms are clean and service is excellent. The complementary breakfast is always delicious. This hotel is my go to every time I visit this town.

After a long day of driving, I arrived at the property. I requested from the front desk person checking us in that I wanted a room far away from the elevator and to a quiet room. When I got to my room, it was literally 3 doors from the elevator! At that point, I was too exhausted to go back down with all of my bags and change rooms. Very disappointed in the lack of LISTENING to the customer!

I was impressed by the staff, very friendly, helpful, above and beyond the usual. Room clean bed comfortable, breakfast very good. I would return.

They raise there rates around the time of the college events. I booked at $140 but ended up paying $295 when done with all the undisclosed fees. That was for one night.

We were greeted by a very friendly employee. Quick check in . Used the pool and the water could have been warmer! Check out was fast and friendly. We will stay there the next time we are in town! Very clean!

This is a quiet location just outside of Syracuse, NY. I feel very safe in the area. There are little shops and restaurants 5 mins from the hotel. The staff are friendly and casual. Makes you feel like part of their family.

Pros-this hotel is just outside the village, set on beautiful property that is quiet with a nice view. Plenty of safe parking. The lobby is open, clean and welcoming. Check in was good, employees were polite. Cons- our room was handicapped accessible and that isn’t what we booked. Pillows are horrible, bring your own. Bed was not great at all. Upon check-in we noticed the bed was sloping down in the middle. A quick check we saw that whoever put the split box springs on didn’t put them properly in the frame so we slid them in correctly and it fixed the issue. Bed still wasn’t very comfortable. Shower got ice cold in the morning within minutes, not sure why. Overall, things were okay, just not overly impressed.
