SLS 坎昆飯店(SLS Cancun Hotel & Residences)

Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon.

Pésimo servicio recepción, recuerdo antes cuando llegabas a este hotel te recibían con una bebida, ahora con trabajos te saludan, me quedé ahí el 21 de dic, olvidé unas cosas y durante más de 14 días no pudieron darme respuesta pero si me mandaron mail para decirme que no me cobraron casi 1000, los cual les pague a mi regreso en la estancia del 1 al 4 donde no pudieron darme una respuesta de los objetos perdidos, el dia 3 de enero por la mañana pedí un souvenir de un patito el cual No me pudieron vender regresé en la tarde y nada el del turno anterior no lo reviso, en la noche llamé para recordar por tercera vez y me dicen que no hay cuando las dos anteriores me comentaron que si, que la traerían de bodega y finalmente a mi salida no había nadie que te ayude con las maletas, tuve que hacerlo yo a pesar de que había dos personas del hotel mirando como lo hacía, lo cual no tengo problema en cargarlas pero al final por lo que te cobran y la categoría 5 estrellas deberían por lo menos tratar de ayudarte, servicio en la playa regular pedí una Aqua moto con sus proveedores externos por medio del personal del hotel la cual nunca llegó, servicio lento había mucha gente y pocos meseros había que estar buscando sin embargo las dos personas muy amables, servicio a cuarto y restaurante bien cumplidor. Y finalmente la limpieza de la habitación muy mal la alfombra apestaba terrible como que la dejaron mojada y provocaba un mal olor muy fuerte pedí la retiren y si me ayudaron.

No me gusto q me pidieran un deposito tan alto, el equivalente a lo que habia yo ya pagado del hotel. No me lo han bonificado y ya pasaron 24hrs q sali y me dijeron q en 4 hrs me lo bonificaban a mi tarjeta. La alberca helada y mucho ruido. No volveria la verdad!

El servicio del hotel es muy bueno, el personal muy amable y el hotel cuenta con muy buenas limpias y cómodas instalaciones. El punto negativo que veo en este hotel es que sus precios son absurdamente caros aún y para un hotel de cinco estrellas. Yo creo que no volveré a quedarme en este hotel porque realmente sus precios en alimentos y bebidas son muy caros.

我們玩得很開心。工作人員看起來就像他們才剛開始，或者只是沒有盡力而為。當他們整理房間時，我們因工作因素留下來，當時又有 3 個人進來尋找整理房間的人。這讓我們有點不相信他們會重做房間。因為這和在外面敲門呆著不一樣，所以他們就走進了打掃衛生的人所在的浴室。 早餐是包含在房費裡的，在辦理入住時，他們告訴我們，我們有一些積分可以點菜單上的任何東西。在餐廳裡他們只讓我們點美式早餐。 這家酒店非常好。房間也很寬敞，有陽台。 只是員工需要更多培訓

許多細節與酒店聲稱的品質相去甚遠。 例子 他們不能提供額外的鑰匙，價格為 0.10 美分 浴室聞起來像污水 帕索羅的噪音令人難以忍受，每個經過的人都好像在你的房間裡。 食物的品質與成本無關。 撞球音樂味道很差，普通又粗俗 他們允許人們付費度過可怕的一天的概念是因為他們讓非常普通的人進來，這與客人的水平無關

Me encantó el hotel, su ubicación por su privacidad. Es un hotel boutique con todos los servicios, excelente gastronomía y una playa pequeña y privada! Sin duda volveremos…
