The Westin Cancun Resort Villas & Spa

The room was in bad shape look like was under very poor repair . We were told the hotel is going into renovation. But we’re charged full price for a room full damage front door, bad refrigerator, no trash bags in any of the baskets and no cushions on the chairs on the balcony. The location was great but the room was in bad shape should not been rented. We were tired when we arrived & in rush to go to dinner for a DB Dinner. We didn’t see all damage until the morning. We have photos. No accommodations offered when we complain.

Our trip was incredible! We had never been to this resort before and loved our time here. The service is the best we have experienced! Plenty of space and very quiet. The spa amenities are beautiful and the massages are top notch. We would definitely recommend the resort and come back again!

10AM Check-out is absolutely rediculous!! 4PM check. Hotel is a sinking ship. Too many negatives to mention. I do not see this hotel surviving with all the other great options on the *****. This is supposed to be a vacation and fun. Not to mention having to wait around day of departure sitting on bags in lobby all day. Horrible. Run.

The worst stay ever. First, the originally reserved room became unavailable due to continued refurbishment of the building. They offered $50 compensation for the stay, but the difference in the view was worth more than just $50. The room we were given was a 2 bedroom villa, but full of cockroaches. The drawers in the kitchen/dining space had roaches, the bedroom had roaches on the wall, behind the television. We killed 4 roaches on Chris**as Eve, but gave up after seeing more. We left the hotel on Chris**as Day, and we couldn’t have been happier. The building needs to be closed and fumigated.

Nuestra llegada fue de noche y estamos muy agradecidos de la firma rapido y facil que se realizo el check in, agradecer a Alan por su ayuda. La habitacion es comoda y espaciosa. Destacar las confortables camas y tambien la ropa de cama limpia y suave. El desayuno muy variado con opcion de jugos naturales y chef para preparar omelette y huevos al gusto. Agradecer las atenciones de Amisael y Herminio durante el desayuno. Las actividades ofrecidas por el Kid Club son geniales gran animacion con clases, bailes, bingo y musica. Agradecida de la diversion entregada por Guillermo durante las clases de Piñas Coladas . El restaurante Sport Bar tiene excelente comida , variado menu, byenos precios y un horario muy amplio que incluye room service. Recomiendo . Hemos cenado en el Restaurant Sea & Stone para celebrar nuestro aniversario de matrimonio y han tenido un muy lindo gesto. Al final de la cena nos han ofrecido gratis un mini pastel . Muy linda sorpresa. No olvidar el Palm Market que ofrece cafeteria Starbucks y otras cosas. El Gym que funciona 24hrs/7 days y la Conserjeria muy amables. El servicio de limpieza es muy bueno y la habitacion es diariamente aseada , reponen el cafe y las amenities del baño. Muy util durante nuestra estancia. Muy romantico y tranquilo. Hay varias piscinas .La principal esta el bar y las actividades . Si quieres mas tranquilidad esta la piscina rectangular con cascada y la piscina L que esta temperada y tiene agua de mar. Las piscinas triangulares son bellas y cerca de los restaurantes . Si quieres comer en las sillas de sol es muy facil solo escanea el Qcode que hay en cada quitasol y el mesero te traera el pedido. Es genial. Disfruten como nosotros. Un gran hotel con parking gratuito. A solo 20 min del aeropuerto. La playa es deliciosa y segura . Super agradecida de las atenciones del personal. Recomoendo 100 %.

Hotel is fabulous. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts very good. Arena restaurant and bar was great - delicious taco buffet. Amazing view right on the ocean. Listened to the surf all night - very soothing. Staff standouts included Adi, Paulo and so many others that I can’t remember their names.

Best service I’ve experienced at a hotel. Spa was amazing, food was great. Hilario was our concierge and was top notch. He scheduled our dinner reservations and remembered it was my birthday, I was surprised with a birthday dessert from the staff. Very relaxing, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay.

The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. We spent a lot of time at the pool and beach - we really enjoyed the beach bar, the beach waiters, the activities and the mango margaritas. We participated in the water aerobics, the drink making classes and the poolside games.
