staffs are so friendly and accommodating

We booked this mostly as it included breakfast, the picture shows a continental breakfast area in the kitchen, however, you have to go to reception to get a basket and have no choice in what you get. I have allergies so couldn’t eat most of it so gave it to my partner. The rest of the hotel is great just let down slightly by breakfast

The front desk was helpful and solved customer queries efficiently. The room was comfortable and clean. I slept well and had warm bath here. It's a great time to stay here.

The place is okay and comfy but the location on near railway its not that ideal even though the scenery is very fantastic

It was ok

There was not an available hot tub at this hotel which it was one of the reasons to book in there. When we ask to the lady at rhe front desk tht we would like to contact the manager about this hot tub error advertised , she replied : " The manager is so busy and can not help us " As clients spending 2 night there, we felt our request was totally ignored and poorlh treated. Then, on Friday night, we found out that one of their parking stalls aas empty and blocked with a cone by staff when there wasn't a special place for staff. Basecamp resorts needs to improve their front desk quality.

The staff were exceptionally thoughtful and went out of their way. I intereacted with Joseph and Julia and both were great! Your breakfast basket, which was a healthy breakfast included juice, muffin, apple, yogurt, granola bar. I enjoyed every morning with the Keurig coffee in my room. Rooms are very spacious. Lots of TV channels.

I loved how modern and bright the property was. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had and assisted us whenever we asked for fresh towels, or extra coffee pods. Being on the first floor was a downside because we could hear people walking on the floor above us, on our next stay I'd try to request a second floor room. Otherwise the rooms kitchenette required further cleaning when we arrived to the property before we could use it, the cupboards were dirty and sticky.
