克魯茲飯店 - b 智能(Hotel Kreuz by b-Smart)

Cozy stay close to railway station of this small town which connects to Lucern every 30 / 40mmin. Its a small little town and peaceful - not many restaurants but sufficient enough for 4 days when you have only 1 meal in the town. Facilities were very good, clean, easy access to train station, friendly staff always smiling and willing to help. When I travel back to Luzern, this place would be the preferred location to stay again. It's a small,.peaceful village...

We found this to be a nice hotel and good value for the time of year. The hotel itself is very historical, and served as a hotel for hundreds of years, establishing as a place for religious pilgrims to go. The patron saint of Switzerland is buried at the church next-door. The hotel isn't fancy, and you do self-check in. It worked pretty well, and folks at the bar/restaurant will help if you are stuck - people working at the hotel are friendly and helpful. There is a decent elevator (which is not a given in Europe) and the included breakfast is reasonable. We had a junior suite for our party of 3, and it was basic but nicely appointed. Only problem is that the pull out couch was super uncomfortable, so my daughter just slept on it as a couch. There is no air conditioning, which isn't a problem most of the time, I'm sure. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs one night and it was fantastic! Both food and service were outstanding, and a great find in a small town like Sachseln. We liked basing in Sachseln - all of the charm of Lucerne without the crowds and high prices, and close to places like Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, and Grindlewald. One more warning: the church next door has bells ringing a lot. Our junior suite didn't have a lake view and I am glad because lake view would have been directly by the church so the bells would have been louder!

Every my wishes of high level and nice view were came true but i was allocated in old building which i had no idea of existing old and new building with No lift and air conditioning. Carry all heavy luggage to the top. Not cool to do.

What a beautiful, quaint village. Easy access by train to Lucerne. Free breakfast had best croissants I've eaten. Very easy late check in as well.

Very beautiful, great for walking, the view was amazing. Lake is minutes away walking. Train is very close. Loved it. Great breakfast.

Das Personal war stets ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist modern und chic. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war sehr köstlich und appetitlich serviert. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Gut zu erreichen, etwas abseits der Hauptstraße und dennoch zentral. Sehr ruhig. In Mitten der Schweiz. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Liebend gerne kommen wir wieder.

We stayed here twice in 4 days time. The first room was very good; the second room was a disappoin**ent; the lights were poor and in the wrong place (e.g. desk but no light). The checkin process is a disaster. You have to do it by yourself, there is nobody at the reception. What if you wish to get extra towels? Or if there is a problem with the room? There simply is no reception! Both times the reservation in the system was wrong and staff from the restaurant had to help us out.
