高地汽車旅館(Highland Motel)

I liked the friendliness and ease of the staff, the size of the room, the large grounds with the fire pit and bbq's, the food taste and portions, and we'll be back. The negatives we had were that the room smelled like old cigarette smoke, the pool wasn't usable and we were accidentally booked out a day early. The staff person we dealt with was very helpful and we were satisfied with the results. The pool was being fixed, though. Overall, we and our children had a good time. First time to beautiful Cape Breton.

No one at the office for check-in, waited 4 to 5 minutes and had to make a phone call to get someone. The room was not clean, in serious nedd of upgrades, AC was not working and they didn't call for service, the ice machine was broken and i was informed at the office that it had been broken for a month. I would not stay there again.

Very old and run down, poor quality, saggy mattress, super tiny bathroom with black mildew all over the shower. Bathroom is so small you cannot dry off without your towel touching either the shower walls or the toilet - just yucky

Room was showing signs of aging. Doors and windows did not seal properly and it was very drafty.

The hotel was great, room was clean and the ved was comfortable and warm. Parking lot was icy and my husband fell I give it a 4 out 5 Merry Christmas to all staff
