班約恩湖高爾夫俱樂部和度假村(The Lakes at Ben Eoin Golf Club & Resort)

Would have been good to know that the restaurant would be closed during most of our stay. There is no close place to eat. Thee was little in the way of housekeeping (only had a bag of towels left in the room one day). We were not told we had to ask for clean cups. Also didn’t know there was no mini fridge in the room (should have checked I guess) and the air conditioner sounded like a jet taking off

There was no room heating whole night and we slept with jackets on . Nobody at the desk after hours The receptionist just left the building right after giving me the key . We literally lost the way to room from the parking twice . Was horrible experience last night

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Toilet didn’t flush properly, tub drain stuck shut,tub overflow kept falling off and ac/heat unit didn’t work.

Stunning whole apartment on the golf resort. Well presented with full kitchen and all amenities. Will definitely go back.

The staff was very friendly. Check in was easy. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The shower assembly came apart in my hands.

This Hotel is a golf resort and looks nice building, but actually it was the worst hotel I experienced this trip during 8 nights. A room has nothing except two beds and TV, no microwave or a small fridge. There was no water at all from the bath tab (we were in the room #102), which was out of order (I recorded the video of bath tab). We could not take shower. Next morning we had no time to complain the problem, so we just checked out and left there. The worst service I experienced during the 10 years trip.

The room was not very clean. No mattress cover only a sheet no other blanket and the bedspread never use because they rarely get cleaned. Staff was pleasant enough but no room cleaners or offer to clean in between our stay.

Dining staff and chefs were great. Had a bad experience and treated very poorly by another staff member. Requested to speak with management. I was ignored.
