Very bad experience, we rented a tiny cabin from Felipe Assadi and it was not finished. We were approx 3 hrs with construction workers on our terrace, first: finishing covering a huge hole that fit a person and you could fall 2 meters down the hill given the height of the cabin. Second: Filtration of water from the wall due to poor installation which resulted in the flooding of our bathroom, which had to be repaired on more than 2 occasions without being able to reach a definitive arrangement of water filtration from the thermos to the walls and floor of the bathroom. Third: there was no control of the air conditioner, so they offered us a heater as a "patch". Fourth: Rails of the roller curtains poorly installed. The staff, especially Jordi, behaved well when trying to find solutions to the problem, but it cannot be that a $125,000 CLP (USD 165) a night accommodation gives you this level of shortcomings. They tried to give us alternatives but either they were smaller or they did not have the hot tube available ready, we had to sleep in the original cabin with wet bathroom. In terms of quality of accommodation, the cabin is of good design, well complete in that it brings a kitchen, kettle, kitchen utensils like dishes, crockery, wine opener and a hot tube very well equipped even with whirlpools (high point of the night). The negative points were the pillows, very very hard not worthy of a "lodge" level. Breakfast very basic and simple, coffee in "sachet" of cheap nescafe, a decent bread and without fruits or something more produced, basic tea. Finally, it claims to have wifi and it is not real, it is not available in the requested cabin only in some, so if you intend to do telework do not count on it.In short, think more than once about paying for accommodation that does not give the quality standard that is needed. Even though the owner returned money from the second night and offered a free stay, I would not return or recommend. Estuvimos aprox 3 hrs con maestros en nuestra terraza, primero: terminando tapar un hoyo enorme que entraba una persona y podías caer 2 mts cerro abajo dada la altura de la cabaña. Segundo: Filtración de agua desde la pared por mala instalación del thermo, lo que se tradujo en la inundación de nuestro baño, el cual tuvo que ser reparado en más de 2 ocasiones sin poder llegar a un arreglo definitivo de filtración de agua desde el termo a las paredes y piso del baño. Tercero: no estaba el control del aire acondicionado por lo que nos ofrecieron un calefactor a modo “parche”. Cuarto: Rieles de las cortinas roller mal instalados. El personal, especialmente Jordi, se comportó bien al intentar buscar soluciones al problema, pero no puede ser que un alojamiento de $125.000 la noche tenga este nivel de falencias. Nos intentaron dar alternativas pero o eran más pequeñas o no tenian la tinaja caliente disponible caliente por lo que tuvimos
