Hotel is okay but there was a cockroach in the bathroom that I saw within 5 minutes of being there. Bed was comfortable and luckily clean despite the cockroach. But I also got overcharged by $20 and they did nothing to fix this. Would not stay again, there are better options for just a little more money.

The hotel served its purpose for us. It was clean, comfortable, and close to where we needed to be. Food options weren’t to our liking, but that was ok as we went elsewhere. Ice machines all moved to first floor which was inconvenient. It’s a clean, no-personality place to spend a night at a reasonable price.

They charge $10/day for parking even though they have their own private parking lot in an area that is just hotels, their pool and hot tub were closed but we saw staff hanging out there, breakfast was very low quality and they charged extra for it. Typically I'm very happy with a Holiday Inn stay, this one - not so much. Coming back in two weeks so I'm going to try out someplace else.

I use this hotel often. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and quiet. I had a couple of issues during my stay but as soo. As i brought it up, mgmt handled it right away.
This hotel is located in a decent area. There are stores and food in less than a 5 mile radius.
Id absolutely recommend a stay

We stay here frequently, but yesterday for the at least 3rd time, our keys didn't work upon check-in. The room was freezing & the wall heater didn't work. They brought us up a floor heater, but these are not things you should have to think about when trying to get a night away. I am disabled & all of these issues can get a bit stressful 🙄

Overall the stay was good. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was well cleaned. We did not eat any food at the hotel so can’t speak to that. The main disappointment is the fact that the hot tub was closed. We booked this hotel versus other places specifically for the hot tub. So when we were not able to use it, it severely lessened our overall enjoyment while there. It would be nice if there is a way to let hotel guests no of renovation projects that may impact their stay.

The stay was not good. The advertisement stated it had a jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool all ilmenites was not in use. Online it stated 2 free drinks at the lounge however that wasn't true. The advertisement also stated chef on site to cook breakfast. That wasn't true it was Buffett style. When I first got there I was given keys to the wrong room. Very unpleasant stay. manager was rude and not helpful.
