Stayed here for a one-night layover to catch an NBA basketball game. Can’t say anything about this place was top notch! Clean, enough away from the freeway and main roads to be quiet, full kitchen and regular-sized fridge…everything was great. One bedroom suite was HUGE, enough that our kids (16, 10 and 8) had enough space to not drive each other crazy…it really felt like two adjoining rooms, it was so large. We stayed here one night I. A 10-day trip at five different hotels/resorts and all agreed these were the most comfortable beds.
Two things, and this is super nitpicky: 1) like many hotels here they had they new wall control for the older AC units, and the control only has auto, meaning once the temp hits what you set it at, it shuts off. We like AC units in which you can co trip the fan for steady white noise all night (nitpicky, right?) 2) we had to leave at 5am and while we were shuttling our luggage down to our car via the elevator, I noted that some units are situated directly across the elevator, not 10-15 feet away. I felt bad and asked my kids to be quiet as we were going up and down. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, more of a design flaw, but it can be quickly alleviated by asking not to be across/near the elevator at check in.
The front desk person, Ashley, was really helpful and was able to answer questions I had prior to arrival. Thumbs up. We didn’t get a chance to really explore the hotel, but the lobby was clean, large and inviting.
