We have stayed at Tewitfield Marina on several occasions as we love the location and the accommodation. It is located not far from the motorway and has easy access to Windermere, Morecambe, etc Longlands pub is next door to the site and serves lovely pub meals. Overall it is a comfortable stay with lovely views overlooking the marina. Would definitely recommend

This is our third year on the run, staying here. We never fail to enjoy our stay. Great having the hotel/bar at the end of the lane. Love watching the boats coming and going. Every one is so friendly. We would highly recommend it for families and couples. We stayed in no 14 swanside, a one bedroomed ground floor apartment. Enjoyed watching The young ones fishing. Lovely walks along the canal.

Visited once as a one off & now hooked. The accommodation has everything you need & local canal walks perfect with dogs. Only a few minutes to shops to get essentials & close by to travel to several places. We'll be back

Excellent property. Stayed at Mallard apt 4 the whole place was pristine throughout. Ample enough room for a family of 4, couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The staff and the boat owners are hospitable and friendly. Can’t wait to return excellent value for money and the pub next door was just as good. Enjoy your stay if you are to book you won’t be disappointed

I booked here because I was in training course in Carnforth, however I wanted to stay outside canforth itself with a restaurant nearby.

The rooms were excellent, the bedrooms were excellent but a bit difficult climbing the stairs if you were on a crutches, but we should have said one of us was disabled, so it was our fault.
